If they tell you that, tell them you have been trying to send emails, only to receive nothing, or a useless reply.

You should be able to ask them to have a customer service manager call you.

The one and only time I was suspended (and I understood why). I was forced to leave a message and get a call back. Which I did. Later I called back again and requested specifically that a customer service manager contact me regarding the matter, and they absolutely did. I cannot imagine any misunderstanding escalating to a point that you could not get to talk to someone in customer service that could not help or explain the situation.

Make sure a parent is with you when you call, might be a better idea to have your parent call and make the request.

I despise the corporate machine e-mails that these people send out.

Like Bart said, I definitely do not recommend doing that. Yes, they CAN stop you from making another Disney account and they will.

I guarantee you, if you try to do that, Disney will only grow more angry and irritated and your chances of at least finding out why you were banned will only decrease even more.

As to why Disney won't even tell you why you were banned? It blows my mind.

call them and ask for a game log of the night in question and ask for the straw that broke the cammels back and when thay ask is there anything else they can do complain about the have a horrible day remark and if they try to do anything e mail related other than emailing you the game log tell them i can't do it its completley automated and if that does not work put down the phone call them again and say specificly (source from another thread somewhwere) um could you please release my account ban the game is pirates online then they will ask you for your account name say it and they should get it fixed thats all i can think of oh and they will yell probably but it should work keep us updated

Well , me and my Mom have sent 2 more emails to Disney and have been waiting for a good 3 days already and still nothing, so my lucky must lay with telecommunications.

Still working on it though, Disney apparently seems to be unwilling to tell me why on Earth was I terminated.

Same day contacted guild on other account to try and explain what had happened.
Sent Disney 2 emails , 1 from contact us, the other from my hotmail email and called POTCO only telling me to send them an email.
Friday.
Waited for replys while in school.
Returned home and revived a reply on my contact us message.

POTCO staff-

Called POTCO again with the same reply of "Send us an email"

Week2
Monday -
My mom sent 2 emails to POTCO
Tuesday -
I send 2 Emails to POTCO
Wednesday -
Me and my Mom wait for a reply
No reply received.
Thursday-
My mom calls POTCO with that same bloody answer to send them an email.
Friday countless emails are copied and pasted 3 phone calls to pirates
Week3
No replys
Week4 more emails sent by me and my mom including a call

Week5 no replys received what so ever.

That's the best I can do to sum it up I might be short a part in there but I'm rather tired and feel sick.

So far I even tried to call POTCO today and they bloody told me to email them
So I'll try tomorrow before my mom can use her connections with Disney to get me an explanation, lucky she grew up in L.A. .

Sounds like you have should ask for a manager of some sort because all your going is in circles. From the sound of it, they aren't responding to your emails because of your termination. You either have to explain that to the rep or ask for their manager, otherwise you will continue to go nowhere with this.

aye our pretty lass be right call and ask directly for a supervisor or manager thats what i do at my publix when i have big problem. my supervisor always handles things.

perhaps we should all contact disney then it would be like a protest or something with people on your behalf politly,group reasoning is very powerful.

Well , I did suggest this to my guild, and all of the Korsairs council members have sent emails, but strangely none of them have received a reply from Disney either.

However I did use the suggestion and I did speak with a manager who said that I should send a few more emails with care of billing services which should get me a reply, and I even tried using a different email to possibly see if POTCO was ignoring me, but for the time being I'm just in the waiting seat till my Mom resends a letter and Email to POTCO.

ok thats good , i also wonder if a bug report would work but ill wait to see what you do before i send anything. but just give the word and ill try bug report , the bug could be terminating for null reason.just an idea to ponder while you wait.( also you think i'd would qualify for a ranter thing? i know how to do it but i was just curious)
