Ha, not me. Pooling all my pirate's money, I can't even buy the Kingfisher I think. However, all of you people with your epic money.... go buy yourself a new Ship of the Line!

I can imagine when people with the ship of the line, putting the ship on public, and at abassa.... The ship would be full in like about minutes!

Yes! New Ships are on the verge of arriving to POTCO. Though in Test, I can't wait! And with those vessels, like EITC Warlord, we can blend into the enemy without being attacked (I hope). Pirates with other vessel would see this person's Warlord with a pirate name, making our ships look like Pirate Ships to other pirates and part of EITC since using EITC Warlord.

But the warlord costs a little too much, you can buy 2 war frigates with the warlord's price! And warlord is a war frigate, unless you can fire explosive and firebrand boardsides it doesn't tempt me to buy it... :dancetl6:

Guys, think about this.

Instead of being able to offer ship customization, they just add a bunch of variations on the current ship classes.

Variety of broadside guns, armor etc. but they are pre-made catalog types. The Warlord probably has Firebrand or Explosive broadsides, and you pay for that.

Unfortunately, because there's no cap on these ships, and in the release notes it didn't say, "With the arrival of six(I think) new ships".

This was probably an accidental hint.

Besides, one of the ships you can buy is a phantom. Seriously, a phantom? We can buy a skeleton ship? Something tells me it's too good to be true. Although, it would be cool if they stayed.

Yes, I wouldn't be surprised if the dev team decided to offer new ships in lieu of ship customization, with all the bugs/glitches that could be introduced with things like cannon placement, etc. I'm guessing they'll throw in the ability to submit your own name for a ship when the new ships are released proper. Hopefully the wait won't be too long :D
