Yeah.
The problem with to SOTL is it takes an eternity to turn, plus if you try to get all royals your crew mates might leave. i think the Cerberus could take it down. cant go wrong with explosive broad side. |
I am gonna wait and ride on the ships from other ppl before I buy and see which is best. We all know the Cerberus is going to be the king of svs.
|
Does anyone have any idea of when these new ships might be released, and also does that mean we will be able to have more than the current 3 ship maximum?

I voted for the Revenant, but the Cerberus is a close second. My only problem with the Cerberus is that we would probably have to be closer than normal to use the explosive broadsides. Being a War Sloop, this would just defeat the purpose. With the Revenant, I doubt distance would be an issue.

Being a pirate, I want them all! So, I will start with the SOTL so as to be able to haul the most loot, savy? Then Phantom, and finally Cerberus.
Unless POTCO is kind enough to allow a poor pirate like meself to have a larger fleet! |
eh..... all of 'em??

I think it'd be the Phantom you're thinking of, not the Revenant. Thunderbolt has the longest range. |
Heh, it's been a while since I've done some serious sailing; I haven't even done an actual fleet yet, so I suppose my knowledge is a little rusty.
I just think that a War Sloop (IF Explosives require you to be close) would lose its purpose that way considering how they're primarily meant to be evasive (not open targets). I'm not necessarily looking for the longest range, just a sufficient one. |

It all depends on how you use them... i use them for close range.

Well..... I would get the Rev. With fury Broads, You can sink easily from a distance. Next the SOTL Bc of it's ull points. ThenI would get the Cerberus for svs pwnage.
|
i voted ship of the line its cool with all the damage it can do!!!
|
Phantom! I think it would be beast to have that awesome ship!
|
Sotl all the way it may be a big target but it holds good cargo good cannons and it's tough while it lacks speed I'm sure the hull compensates for it
