I take the cutlass and toss it into the ocean

I call my friend from Captain Of The Ship, The Dolphin, and tell it to dive under, chew the sword, then spit out on top of the next poster. I watch it being done, and laugh. Ha ha.

I take the sword, drop into Padres volcano, then take the ashes and put it onto the next posters ship and reforge the new blade.
