I agree, VMK and TT each have their own fan site, easily accessible on the top left of this site's homepage.

A book club sub-forum would be nice, same with the movies and music. Perhaps we can have an "Other PG Rated Games" sub-forum?

I think we should have a Rants forum, or membership here, like on VMKF.

I think they have a book club forum here: http://www.piratesonlineforums.com/f...splay.php?f=26 . The description says it's for the book club too so I'm guessing they already have a forum for it, unless you are talking about something else :) .

I think that any subforums/forums added shouldn't be off topic from POTC or pirates in general. Most off topic forums take away from the true meaning of the forum, pirates :D.

Ahem, guys you are being somewhat blind to the fact that not all of us members of the "Sister Sites" aren't grounded. Alot of us "Grounded" members like to talk about TT/VMK. Hopefully, you understand. But your points are good aswell.

I'm not sure this is even doable, but I will suggest it anyway.

Is there any way to create a Beta Player subforum that requires membership to both post in and read? I would really love love LOVE to be able to freely post about my questions and problems without worrying about getting banned.

A big con would be this would require a manual screening process. (ie: Send membership request PM to designated screener. Screener send back a list of 3 to 5 questions that only somebody who has been in the game can answer. Correct answers are granted access to the forum. Maybe have a set list of 50 questions so each "test" is different.)
I think it would be a tremendous help to everyone in beta. Disney has yet to develop any detailed guidance, we should be able to help each other.

But if it's not doable, a pirate can dream! ;)

My ideas for new subforums are as follows:

• A story subforum
• A RPG subforum (group membership)
• A searching for friends subforum
• A guides subforum (Ex. Guides to quests, fightitng monsters, where to train, ect.)

We'll be creating these as we get closer to POTCO going public.

Yeah a music and movies sub forum would be great.

We've created the book club forum already.

I think, we'll hold off on making the music, movies, and other PG-rated games till there's more of a demand. I haven't seen many threads on these topics yet. Besides, we're still creating forums for POTCO. Trying to keep with a mostly pirate theme, if possible.

Maybe a forum for the POTC soundtrack(s). I like the music, and I'm sure other people do to.

We have POTC movie forums. I would think that would best fit in one of those.

I seriously doubt there will be codes being used on POTCO. The game is much closer to Toontown than VMK.
