Now that both teams have chosen their captains, it is time to announce our first event:

Ever wished that it could have been you up there on the big screen, instead of the actors? Did you ever think of what it would be like to be a part of your own movie, or play? Well... now you can!

In this competition, both teams must create a play, in which they themselves will be the characters. Everything must be original - the story, the characters, etc. Whether you want your team's play to be a dramatic romance, a firey action adventure, or even a comedy, now it's your chance to shine in the spotlight!

Performances of the play will occur on our "stage," located in the port of Tortuga, on the beach. Your play cannot leave this area - hence forth, you may find it difficult writing a crusade around the Caribbean, if you can't leave one spot!

When judging your plays, I will look for the following criteria:

Follows an original storyline.
Allows for the involvement of as many team mates as possible.
Has actors who have a good ability at playing their role well.
Is not increasingly short, nor tremendously long. (3 to 10 minutes long is perfect.)
Does not have chat being censored, pirates confusing their roles, etc.
Overall, pleases the crowd.

You will be preforming your play in front of an audience (fellow guild mates, friends, and myself,) whose opinion will play a role in my decision - I will, however, have the final say.

Plays will be performed THIS FRIDAY NIGHT, APRIL 8TH, AT 8 PM EASTERN - Hence, you should start getting your team together ASAP!

It would be a good idea to schedule a meeting this week to decide the play, characters, parts, etc... problem is that Davy can't come on during the weekdays, so I don't know how we could get around that, unless we give him a part where he dies or something.

I would like to schedule a Green Team meeting Thursday at 7:30 Eastern time. Then have another right before the event starts the following day. This would be the only time I really could do a meeting, so let's try to get everyone there. We'll mostly discuss what play to do and such.

I feel like I should be the back-up if the second-in-command isn't there, because I don't have a busy schedule and don't often miss events. (Don't be afraid to vote for me, mates, for second-in-command.. lol)

Anyways, not sure how Thursday @ 7:30 is for me. Shall I start brainstorming, Sharky?

If we use your website idea, we might not need to have the meetings. And yes, we all should start some brainstorming.

We will still need meetings to practice.

Alright, I registered on the site. Also, as for rehearsing, PM me a script and I'll be fine. This sounds exciting! I'm getting some ideas already...

Ok, I am very confused. Who is Gold team's leader? When are we going to rehearse?

Both Nayana and Chris are our captains. As for rehearsals... not sure. I expect sometime tomorrow, since the play is Friday; but Chris or Nayana will tell us when.

EDIT: All members of Green Team that are on the PNC site (ok everyone except Hookshot) please go register for our site, posted by Grace. So far we have been discussing potential jobs and we have scheduled 2 meetings! Try to be there if you can and post so we know if you can come or not.

Yes guys sorry for the confusion. I didn't know how long this would be and the skit I thought he would do was one called JC Penney. But that one is about a minute long and I have preformed it in RL before.
