there is a problem with the houses it would take up a lot of server space and likely create lag

A banking system would be awesome fore a guild. You could have sort of
like a business. You could like raid navy ships and keep them in a guild bank
at a guild hut or something. Also I posted in the Ideas thread about there
should be a captains quarters where you can navigates and play minigames.
I also said there should be a feature where when you beat special quest
you get a map piece and when you get them all then you search and you
find a new Island where you have to beat a sertain amount of enemies
and fight a miniboss which will uncover a rare treasure. I also talked about
the sea should be bigger along with the islands so you can explore more
like world of warcraft.

Yeah, where would they put these houses?
On tortuga? No, It would take up 1/2 of the space!
