Yeah, I have had other people pm me about that problem, It must not work for test players.
If there was a way I wouldn't know because i dont have test. Sorry :(

Ok, here's the deal for me:

I am the parent. When i first downloaded POTCO and went unlimited, i made the account using my 10 year old sons birthdate so of course he was automatically given a restricted chat. When i wanted to play unlimited with open chat i would log in on my adult linked account (basic) and tab over to the unlimited account. Now that we can't use tabbed linked accounts i am forced to log on using the original account (unlimited) and i only have "open chat with unlimited true friends". Which means a lot of words are arrr'd or garr'd, etc.

I've tried changing the settings on POTCO's site under manage account/parental controls by signing in on the parent account, then clicking on my childs name and changing settings from "open chat with unlimited true friends" to "open chat with any disney member" but it won't let me. When i go to "save changes" a window pops up saying "error, try again" and it won't work no matter how many times i try. I've also tried going to disney.go.com/youraccount and signing in on the parent account then clicking on my sons name to change his setting to "open chat with any disney member" but it won't work there either. I get a window that says "you are not authorized to make this change" or something like that.

Customer support has been no help. One customer rep. guy mentioned that the option to actually change this account to "open chat with any disney member" isn't even available yet, that it is coming soon but they don't know when.

This is one of the reasons i am extremely upset about the tabbed linked accounts being taken away.

What is the difference between speed chat plus and open chat? Is open chat like where u can say anything but it wont block out anything?
