Wait a minute. Hold on. Why were they doing that?!

Captain Del 11-16-2008 02:26 PM

Ugh, the one time I want to sit down and have a drink of rum, and there are 30 other pirates standing in front of the door, and I can't get in!!

Tobias Darkfury 11-16-2008 05:14 PM

Luckily I was able to catch Thatch and Xavier on quiet servers. Maybe 8 to 10 pirates in the bar at max.

I feel they have a long ways to go to start feeling tired, perhaps 6 months of being at level 40 with nothing to do?

Amen to both these comments...

Perhaps if they grow tired of giving us riddles they should give us some information and we'd stop asking!

Just wanted to inform you all of this, it's not a very helpful answer, but for their riddles it explains that something was up.

So it seems as if Ruby had some issues come up that she couldn't make it to do the Tavern Takeover with them yesterday, but might be able to join today, or if not today hopefully next weekend.

Absolutely!

And they're tired of it, huh? Did they really think they were going to be able to just show up, impart their ambiguous messages and leave with everyone being overjoyed at having seen them?

Maybe the only good thing about this type of event is that they will be able to see how frustrated people are becoming with the changes (or lack of) to the game. People don't like to be ignored, and they are taking it out on the GMs.

I watched Ruby having issues again today. She was booted off twice at a meet. The third time she showed up she was shin-deep in the floor and wouldn't stay until it was corrected.

She finally did come back. Didn't extend her time to make up for what she'd missed though.

Honestly, and I know it's petty of me, it did my heart good to see a GM suffering from the same lag and glitch issues that we have to deal with.

I just noticed, in the picture, look at the girl with a mug O' rum in her hand. THAT THING LOOKS HUGE!

Chris 11-17-2008 11:03 PM

here's what I had to say: STOP GIVING US RIDDLES AND JUST TELL US WHATS HAPPENING!!!!!! geez, sometimes I wonder who's got more common sense, us, or the GMs?

Chris 11-17-2008 11:31 PM
