You would think disney would make it easier to report someone in a situation like this.
I guess not.

Those two facts were not at all clear in your previous post. Thanks for the clarification.

You'd think they would take action, when individual pirates are directly reported, over and over again by numerous other players. Since they don't, there's little point in facilitating reports they would continue to ignore.

With SvS one-hit-wonder, broken take cover, infinite take cover, god-mode, blinking, lag-bombing, infinite ammo all given as much free-rein as PvP instant desolation, distance attuning, jumping, etc., SvS is as bad as PvP.

The competitive/playful banter and goading of several months ago, is gone. Now, your crew either knows the glitches or they don't. If they do, the crew gets so bored, there is nothing left to do, but devise the most vicious comments they can get away with. When it's a gang of teen-agers, it predictably is quite raw. When they have top bounty and hide for hours at a time, (while glitched, no less,) they demonstrate cowardice beyond description. Their boredom from all that hiding and therefore their rudeness, while not excusable, is almost understandable.

I ran into another cheat last night you guys may have seen but new to me.Had a lite sloop dropping cannon fire on me turned and blasted and he ran(of course) no problem so far. I went after him figuring on catching him and sending him to Davy Jones. He headed straight for an island and my thought was--got him--that was till he glitched into the island and my broadsides fell on earth. He was still in game still on compass and completely safe.

Edward Edgemenace 01-27-2009 07:13 PM

Just out of curiosity, which island?

william kid 01-27-2009 07:25 PM

Its not a named island maybe should have said rocks. If you sailed from the french island toward spanish its the 2 large rocks together on the right he hit them at the place they come together and sailed right on in. He came back out after I left and I'm guessing after he repaired.

He was polite enough not to talk trash lol

From the French Side its the right Island (or from Spanshi - the left) - and only Light Sloops (maybe a few other light ships) can do it (the Crack is too small for large ships)...

Edward knows it all too well :)

lol. Aye, the rocks are hard to shoot into. Only light sloops, light galleons and regular sloops can fit inside the rocks...very easy to get them inside. If you shoot at the V (where they go in) you can still damage their ship from the rocks you send flying. You can also go around to the other side of the boulder and just shoot straight in.
