No, it would say story chapter like the black pearl thing. This is a short story quest. Not once has this been officially referred to as a new story chapter. Besides, Disney said the Kraken was their next story chapter. Not next story quest.

Right mate. And just a note to all. It isn't the Black Spot which we get. It's the "Evil Curse of Doom". Or maybe this will be revealed to be the Black Spot.. we can't be certain.

Ravens Cove is really cool, but it definately needs more testing. I ran into a bunch of bugs. Like, after I chose my famed cursed blade, the game froze and I couldnt play. Maybe they are planning on adding another update to test really soon? (possibly second story chapter)

Also, this is really random yet funny.

Killing Rage Ghosts score you a Party Hat. According to the files, these are the Party Hats installed in the game.

Blue Red Party Hat
Green Orange Party Hat
Pink Party Hat
Orange Green Party Hat
Sky Blue Party Hat
Purple Yellow Party Hat

Blue Red is common by the way.

Well, i finished teh quest, and here are some screenies!

Hmm, it appears that there are multiply party hats, I have the blue red, and I think everyone else does too, maybe it's liek a new color every day or something.

Who knows, all I've seen is the red and blue as well and I have seven. This is a pretty cool update. When I heard the old island music back in the game it reminded me of the old days in potco. Just by changing the music it makes the game feel better to play. Now, if they would only change the islands back to their original form. The new ones are so hard to get around.
