While I take your rum I'l give you the reason :D
One of the Policies / Rules of posting on POF is that you are not supposed to post 'spam' in threads - if example if a thread asked a question "can I go to X place to get Y items", you cannot post "yep" as an answer post - it has no detail.
The 10 character limit is a 'gentle reminder for this'. But - for games such as this you still need the 10 characters even though it only requires 1 or 2 numbers because the Policy is enforced across the entire site (hence - to play the game - add your 8 dots and gimmie my rum! :D ) |
