Just to make sure we are on the same page, Anne, (ARI), sailed our first two voyages. Full cargo on the War Frigate, and we sank both times before getting to shore! Purv was there to make gold, not have to buy his warship out of hock! LOL.

Tuesday night was Sawyer's BB, see the thread for her pics and grats.

We also invaded Kings Head, and wreaked havoc there for about an hour or so. Nice work, and a lot of fun.

Next Tuesday:

Ship races, "Tour The Caribbean, The Wild Islands"

I have a couple of volunteers to help with this.

Start at the Pier on KH.
Launch any ship that you want.
SAIL to Cangrejos, land and check in with the race referee.
Launch again and SAIL to Tormenta.
Land and check in.
Launch again and SAIL to Cuthroat.
Land and check in.
Launch and SAIL to Perdida.
Land and check in.
Launch and SAIL to Outcast.
Land and check in.
Launch and return to Kings Head.
Land and check in.

First person to check in at KH pier wins.
Prizes for first, second and third place winners.

The race referees can be in any place on the island, (beaches only, not caves) but will stay in one place. Part of the race is finding them in order to check in.

You can use any skills and tactics available. Windcatcher, Tacking, Full Sail, Ramming Speed, etc. You can use any ship type that you want, for any section of the race. NO TELEPORTING!!

Mysty has already said that she will be giving away gold, and Basil can also. Probably a couple of others, too.

Future events:

How would everyone feel about either a poker or black jack tournament?
Just play cards, any server any tavern, any amount of money per hand, and the person who has the most hands won, according to DxD the next day, wins the tourney.

Hopefully, I can get Max and Bella to help me coordinate at about 8:15 Eastern, and we can get the races kicked off at about 8:30.

If Max or Bella can't make it, or we can't get everyone together then, we will start as soon as possible thereafter.

As it is - currently I don't have work for Tuesday - so I'm good to be a 'pawn check' on an island for ya somehwere. Since I can run two - I can actually be two pawns in two locations.

Another good Guild night event!

Races were so popular, we ran the course twice. Grats to the winners!

This Tuesday has the possibility of being huge.

First, Liz is ready for her Boss Battle. Liz is in the UK, so there is a major time difference. If anyone can be on at about 6:30 Eastern, please do so.
Then, Molly postponed her BB from last week, hopefully she can make it this week.
Next will be Gabi's BB. Gabi is ready to get the BB, and would like to do it separate from Molly.
Boss Battle number 4 would follow, and that is Thunderkiss.

Possible, 4 BB's in one guild nite.

Gabi is almost ready to Master Doll and level 40, and TK is ready to Master level 40.

So, we could have one MAJOR reason to party, not to mention our 200 membership bash!!

Should be one busy, major accomplishment night.

Tomorrow night has the potential to be very busy for guild events.

Those who are listed in the previous post, if you could , please post here with approximate times that you would like to hold your BB or other event. (Please post times in US Eastern, I will convert for everyone.) I would like to have it semi-coordinated, to make sure we have time to get everything done.

GM Challenge!!!!

An all day event! This way you can participate regardless of your time zone.
Sink as many ships as you can throughout the day. It doesn't matter what type or size, just total ship count. Go solo or in a crew, again it doesn't matter.
(This also gives me a chance to actually be part of a contest, not just a coordinator.)
This also gives EVERYONE a chance, no matter what level.

Everyone who would be interested, post a sign in here. You must be entered in order for it to count. Tell me which pirate you will use. (Talk it up in game, for those who don't check here too often.) On Tuesday morning 4/14, I will check everyone's ship total on DxD. On Wednesday 4/15, I will check again.
The person who sinks the most ships, wins 5K in gold. 3K for second place.
Everyone who gets 600 ships gets an additional 5K, and 750 ships gets another 5K. (I could be giving away an awful lot of gold!!! Might have to ask others to donate.)

I would say that you can make it 5 BB's this Tuesday cause I'm at 80% on Jess, but I would also advise you to not hold your breath in light of my ever growing pile of homework.

Yes all being well I should be able to do my BB.

So long as my best bud (Domino/Samantha) is online and a 2 of my long term friends are able to join in the fun. Without Redbeard and Solo Gunswain I wouldn't have got as far as I have, so I definitely want them with me, plus Solo and Red are very good a BB's :D.

I'd also like to get sven on one. since i retrained his sailing skills he's lost the skill (leadership?) he got on his initial BB.

All the right people (her friends she wanted there) were ingame about 1:30 this afternoon, and quite a few DW members, so we knocked it off. Tonight's Guild Night Event is actually an all day event.

I wrote down the total ship count for almost everyone, before I realized that I didn't have to. LOL. When I look at the top 100 list tomorrow, I will know who the winners are just by the daily totals.

Sink as many ships as you can today. Doesn't matter on size, gold, rep, solo or in a group. The persons with the highest ship count for the day, WIN!

I'll try to get on tonight to sink as much as I can but having to work does put a cramp in how many I'll be able to get in.

Well my pretties, last I knew I had been abandoned by my coconspirators, so this guild night's on me. Assuming my DSL is working (they're apparently still getting the kinks out of it after the power loss...), we will be attempting a "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego"-esque game of hide and seek.

I'll be hiding one of my non-DW pirates somewhere in game, and will give clues as to which server, and where on that server she's located via Sawyer in guild chat. It's also a race, with points awarded each round:

1st Person to Find the Hider: 10

3rd: 5
4th: 3
5th: 1

There will be several rounds (not sure how many yet...guess it depends on how long they take and how much you all can stand), and whoever has the most points at the end wins. Prizes...uh...gold if you want it. If you don't want/need gold, I'd be willing to offer myself up as a slave for an evening - healing, crew bonus, and the pleasure of my company. LoL

I'll give you any of the warships you want. I need cannon time. Beth needs gold to buy her War Frigate. (Why she just doesn't let someone GIVE it to her, I'll never understand.) I'm sure some of the others, Izzy, Osprey, could use some cannon reps and gold.

I think we have a plan.

Another good guild nite event. Nothing spectacular, and not a normal plunder party, but it was good to let some of the lower level pirates get sailing and cannon rep, and gold.

Kelly/Cat, Whenever you see me, you can borrow the Warship to help get you those last few reps for level 15. Just ask and it's yours!!!

Beth went and bought her War Firgate, and when she tried to sell her regular frigate, it sold her War Frigate instead. She never even got to sail it, and lost 30K in gold in the process. Hope you can brow beat Disney into fixing that!!!

Next Tuesday will be "Bring Your No Rep Pirate to Guild Night", night.
Everyone bring in their level 40 pirate.
We will pillage, plunder, and sink the entire Caribbean.
Take over KH, Becketts, or the Catacombs.
Hang out on one of the "A" servers, (at least for as long as we can stand it) and torture the masses.
Give bad advice to anyone who asks. (No griefing though.)

Anyone caught earning rep will be punished, and anyone caught 'glowing' will be ridiculed, shunned, and keelhauled!!!

There are 45 level 40 pirates in the guild. We should be able to get at least 20 of them on at once.
