To get your ID#:

Click on "Your Profile" in the User Control Panel or Quick Links dropdown
Then look up at your address bar, your user ID will be the number that says u=

You need to donate to the site to obtain the rights for a signature. It's how we generate money to keep the site online. We do offer a variety of subscriptions for donations which you can view by going to Paid Subscriptions

I still thinks its a stupid idea to pay for a signiture ugh is the anyway i can pay with a Ultimate Game Card or if there will be a new option for that i really think it would be a good idea. Sorry, we only go through paypal payments. You don't have to have a paypal account to obtain a subscription. Just a checking account or credit card.

There's currently no way to show any other image but your avatar in the custom signature, it's just the most convenient image to use on them as it is small, and the coding is set in place.
