February- 2 barrels.
March- 3 barrels.
April- 3 barrels.
May- 4 barrels.
June- 5 barrels.
July- 5 barrels.
After July, all rum taxes shall be 5 barrels.

All rum taxes must be paid by the end of each month. If not paid, there will be serious consequences.

This is due subject to change if there are any emergencies.
