Dog and Roger have been in the guild on their smaller pirates for a very long time now, and have grown to become personal friends to the majority of the partners in the guild. Although they have come to our guild under very unfortunate circumstances, they will be treated just like they always have - like the closest of family members, with only the highest amounts of love! :D

Partners N Crime wants to give a big welcome to our old friend over from Shadow Sorcerors Rabid Rabbit, who joined us very recently! Rabbit has been looking to join ever since the event this weekend, but because of the chaos I never got a chance to recruit him. Luckily somebody else covered it for me, and today I got the chance to fight along side him for a while during an invasion! A true pleasure to have such a wonderful pirate aboard!

Much to my pleasure the guild now rests at a nice 145 members, setting our guild back in to proportion with itself! That being said, I'd like to make a few notes:

Firstly, we are officially 8 PIRATES away from hitting the 100 member mark here on POF, which is an outstanding accomplishment for a guild of our stature. It only goes to show that hard work really pays off, and that this guild will never cease to surpass itself ;)

To help us reach that goal of 100 members on POF, I am strongly encouraging any member here on POF who is looking for a good guild to become involved in as the summer fast approaches to come over and try out Partners N Crime! These forums are home to the best pirates in all the Caribbean, and as we start to get back in to the summer mode I want plenty of fresh faces from here to take part!

We will also be doing general Recruitment Weekends throughout the month of April so that we can pick our overall member count up, and we will be becoming a little more leniant as to how we go about recruiting - all of this will be discussed in depth soon enough :)

Safe to say the evening that we got the chance to meet Crimson and Jim for the first time was quite a blast!

Kyle and I were already waiting online eagerly for Crimson to arrive, and when she finally did, we jumped for joy and immediately welcomed her in with open arms! Seeing as how we were not doing much at the moment when she joined, Crimson and I joined Kyle aboard his ship for some casual sailing while we got a chance to meet our newest guildie!

..Pretty well, it seems!

A few moments after we boarded Kyle's ship we spotted our eyes on an East India Trading Company Barracuda filled to the brim with gold just wading off the coast of Outcast. Looking to fill up our near-empty pockets (bought too much rum, if there is such a thing!) we set out and disabled the helpless ship in the blink of an eye, throwing Crimson in to her first battle as a partner in crime!

The fight went off well, but it wasn't long before other ships got word of our pirating activities. The Navy put a bounty on the head of the newest partner and her crew, and with danger looming in nearby waters the partners and I called forth a shaped crew of pirates to help us fend off the oncoming enemies!

We did battle with bounty hunter after bounty hunter, though our ship never faltered in it's ability to push away our foes! However, we knew we couldn't keep them off for long, which was when we unexpectedly got some much-needed backup...

Jim Brawlskull joined us right in the heat of the battle, and after a quick, cheery, and loud welcome, we got him aboard and put a cannon in his hands to help keep us afloat!

Sure enough with the help of Crimson and Jim, we were able to keep our enemies at bay, fill up our stock of treasure, and make a safe trip back to Devil's Anvil where we mingled with our newest prizes. All of us were joyous to revel in our victory with our two newest members, though some of us might have slipped on our manners...

Hi, all. Good to be a part of things.

I'm usually on in the daytime, East Coast time. That's evening for Europe and morning for the West Coast. Always glad to help.

I don't seem to be on as much since I let my membership lapse. I did that because leveling up without quests is such drudgery. I was not going to renew until potco came up with Some quests for higher levels, but it seems I am addicted. Got my income tax refund, so that's my excuse to sign up for another month. Maybe next week.

Btw, met a neebie 4th who asked to join the guild. I've got his contact if that's acceptable.

Partners N Crime would like to give a hearty (and early) "Ahoy!" to two of our newest members here on POF, Tritip and Bettie! Though they have not cashed in their membership codes yet, these two fine pirates will be sailing with us very shortly; and, given the character of these two pirates that I have already observed, I can tell they will be fine additions to our crew indeed :)

I would also like to give a very special welcome to a pirate who doesn't really come around these waters very often. As many of you know our guild stems from the original guild Partners In Crime; when we shifted over from PIC, only a handful of members were still active or willing to be a part of a what was considered "collapsing" guild. This left over 100 pirates (many of whom still sit inactive in the guild under the extremely rare PIC banner today) sitting behind in the waters of the old guild, and for a long time the older Officers and I have been trying to hunt down as many original partner members as possible to get them to come back to a new home with their old mates.

Though we have managed to carry over a few of these partners, many still wade in the abyss out in the Caribbean - but as of today, I am proud to announce that we have one less lonely original partner in crime out on the waters!

While on Abassa today trying to quick-talk a few PvP glitchers, our dear guild mate Elizabeth had her attention drawn to Pepper, who stated to her that she knew who I was and wanted to speak with me right away. Intrigued, I teleported, when I found out much to my delight that Pepper was a member of PIC (under the name "Pirate!") After running through the rules, I got Pepper in to the guild, and once again he sails the seas as a partner in crime!

Please welcome Leon Firevane into the guild! I met him yesterday, and spent pretty much the entire day with him, showing him the ropes, as he had only joined the game a couple of days ago! He has experience from Toontown, and he says he's going to subscribe after he hits level 14 and level 7 with all skills. Leon is a great guy - show him some love!

This also marks my first 'official' guilding. :)

The Partners would like to give a hearty welcome to two new pirates!

First, we would like to welcome Molly Mcmorrigan, an old friend of mine! I managed to run in to her at the Feats of Strength yesterday and after some quick chatter, I ask her to join the guild and she kindly accepted! She proved to us during a material run her prowess with the cannon and in privateering - a fine addition to our artillery!

Next we would like to welcome Bartholomew Dockbreaker, who joined us from here on POForums! Though he may seem like your average pirate, he actually has years of experience under his belt, and I'm sure his knowledge of the Caribbean will help our guild be more steady in battle than ever before!

Also, I'd like to give an early welcome to Margaret Helmcastle, also here from POF! She recently approached me about joining and by how kind she was I couldn't help but let her right in! Along with her, her family will also be joining us sometime in the next week or so!
