Defeating El Patron today was with my second pirate was easy today because i had help from my guild mates i asked for help and 10 people came immideatley it doesn't get better than that.

I still cant forget how much fun the tormenta party was. Haha I'm probably all late :) but who would mind? I'm sure everybody enjoyed it ! The free food, drinks, and best of all.. free laughter ! Ah yes there is nothing much better then the laughter with your beloved Guild mates !!! Even though my pictures are still not approved.. I'm glad i have some memories from that party :) Best day of my pirate life <3

Thought I would check out Ravens Cove in 3d today. Couldn't help but try to cliff diving the way you could back on old PDF. I finally did find a great spot close to where the ship was (the spot isnt shown on the pic) I actually found where they got the ship into that spot and filled it in to hide it. Luckily they left a gap in the rocks that I was able to swim through.

And the Lower lever member Tom Scurvybones was greatful, and polite and i was like, wow. nice. I would miss having my own guild, but the leadership of Spania is second to none, They do things i never could in my own guild... There has been talk of Guild pvp fleet battles against rival guilds and opening a Thread on it where Spania can be challenged. Great, they have officers that hosts invasions . Its organized and Elite. I am honored to now call myself a part of Spania. And I look forward to the challenge of proving my character again and again. Huzzah. :SkullBullet1:

Thanks guys for all your support! I still have grenades left to go but it has taken me an unbelievable amount of time to get it as far as I have...lol. I wasn't sure if people would be interested in the cliff diving or not. I use to have a lot of fun with it before they changed Padres when cliff diving was a faster way of getting to the dock. I didn't think much of it until it was taken away by the new maps. To get to the place where you can dive off follow the path at Ravens cove after the elevator past the mines and all the way to the end. It kind of ropes around the top of El Patrons ship. Once you get to the end of the path you will at the top of a very high click. It wont let you just jump off you have to play with it a little to find a small glitch... kind of like jumping through a window. Once you hit the ocean below when you turn around you can see the opening in the rocks that will take you to the ship. I like this because after you play the El Patron quest you normally can not get in past the doors again unless you TP into someones boss battle so this is a way that you can explore more or the area. Try it out and good luck. You can also swim under the bridge and get yourself back to the dock so its kind of a shortcut from near the mine entrance back to the dock.

During some reflection time, i started to realize that i was now offended each time some strange pirate would ask me to join thier guild... i used to be flattered and all that. Now, im insulted,,, I thinking, "cant you see im with Spania." ? Why would i want to leave the best organized most disciplined and really the friendliest group of Elite pirates in all of the carribean to join a Measly little guild full of Kindergarteners and misfits... I find myself wanting to say all this, but i dont,,, Even though they are not spania, i still treat them with respect because I am Spania... I have made so many friends since i joined the guild and not just aquaintances, friends i talk too and worry about when they are sick.. or stressed.
I rarely hear anyone wanting to leave the guild,, I totally get why. The guilds I have been part of in my past ,,, Even my own guild, was small and poorly managed.. To many officers, not enough members... In this guild you work towards that goal... to be first a Veteran, Then an officer.
I am hoping Carlos will one day use a different character and maybe start a second Chapter of Spania like Spania part 2 but with a cooler name that respects the guilds origin,,, I only say that because soon we are gonna run out of room for members, and we just keep adding one quality pirate after another... its great... soon we will have all the Elite , assuming they lift thier heads up and Gaze at the Wonder that Is Spania...... Fair winds from the Biased, Warshout. lol

I just wanted to take a second to second that opinion. :laughks2: I have never really voiced it because we do always have to remain respectful to all the guilds of POTCO as that is one trait Spania must always uphold. I always think the same thing though. There are a lot of really great guilds out there most of which can be found here on POF and it is truly an honor to fight along side of them. Each one of these guilds have a very special quality but I would not want to risk loosing the unique quality that is Spania comradeship and respectfulness.

I have been in some guilds, especially the SVS ones, that are very competitive with the other guilds in a very unsportsmanlike manner which inevitably takes away the fun of playing the game. Its really great knowing that at the root of everything its always about having the most fun within the game world thats been handed us.

I have read and seen where Spania is trying to build up an SVS fleet and I really love the attitude that all Spania has approached it with. The attitude contains none of the darkness I have seen in the other guilds.

Mine as well! I have tried leveling them the past couple of days however I am finding that its not so easy getting points off from them now that I have reached lvl 50 compared to what it was like a while ago!

* Davy, I definitely agree with you.. Its actually kinda funny when someone asks if I want to leave Spania to join them. There is NO other guild out there that is worthy of leaving (no offense to the other guilds) but Its hard to understand why others can't respect the fact that we are in Spania because we are happy here. Its like a family.. everyone looks out for others and is there to help when needed. Not to mention the laughs and good times we all have together!

Spania pride :laughks2: I must admit I have been with very few other guilds, joining Spania very soon after coming back from a near 2-year hiatus after mastering on the test server back when the cap was 40. There are many great guilds, but I am glad to be with Spania. The guild is like a 2nd family, and many I've met in it I will never forget.

i must admit, that both of you Davy and Sven alike have stuck home what it is to be in Spania. we not only play as a guild but people give a begrudging respect when we hit the waters and we give it back in kind. we try to stay away from glitching as much as possible, and the main goal is to have fun not to malign other guilds. well spoken both of you.

we are 50 strong and growing well done my fellow guild members. i am very proud to be apart of Spania. i feel like i have purpose now. where as before i was aloof and lonely because i was my own guild. and all those who have jumped aboard i am proud to help you if you need it. i usuually am found on Monada server if anybody needs advice i am great at not only advice but i can usually show you how to do things. i hope to continue here and on the game as much as possible.

I have been in and out of so many guilds that i was ready to go guildless. I thought to myself whats the point? They all started of with the typical hellos and that would be it! Most had a little conversation and then it would stop. After awhile my point of view was when they stop talking i start walking. Happy to say i like it here.

well I am glad you like it and we really like you too, but also keep in mind that guilds should not be used as entertainment centers LOL, and should rather be considered a place where you can feel comfortable and also make others feel the same way :piratear:

i know what u mean , most guilds that i had been in were that way as well.
But after joining Spania,i couldnt believe how busy the guild chat was, although with being from the other side of the world most times when im online most of u all are asleep and its quiet ,but coming on the times that u guys are awake the chat is alive and sometimes its hard to keep up lol .

:( im always missing the invasions, they seem to be on when im asleep or at work.
I wish potco would respect that people who play this game come from all corners of the world, and they should at least put these invasions on throughout the 24 hour period, so we all get the chance to defeat Jolly.

Hey Molly, Events are totally fine...Anyways I hope you can make it to some events. You have been great, and have given us a lot of support even though you are new, and that makes you a true Spanian :) at heart and you are a great role model for new members.

Hello guild,,, we are planning on a riddle of the sphinxes scavenger hunt where you can use your brains to win Warshouts Gold,,, Thats right,, I will give the winner 10 k of my own loot
i may even do that for the First three pirates to answer all the questions and if you use a crew i will show you how to share your loot
how you split it is your call, But the final challenge will probuably require a crew...
You will start on Cutthroat isle on Friday the 15th at 6pm pacific, 9pm eastern.. and you will ask the sphinx, officer of the guild for the first riddle,, if you answer correctly he will give you a code phrase and send you to the next Sphinx. and so on to victory or defeat...
You will have one hour to complete your task,,, Good luck
i will give more updates , Fairwinds and Good luck...

Ghostly party, and we wanted to give YOU the heads up.


What: Party At the Cove
When: Monday Oct 11, 8 PM Central/6 PM Pacific



The party will be focused with ghosts in the mines, not red ghosts, but if present members have the right equipment we might jump to go ghost hunting with the red ghosts!.

Take screenshots, be prepared to confront ghostly enemies, and also there will be rum for everybody ( everyone who is the appropriate drinking age )

It is something that has not gone unnoticed. We have had many recent additions to the guild, and it's best to slow down and help to get them comfortable and on the same page, as well as to get to know them. As a result, we are currently putting recruiting on hold. This has been a very busy week for me and I haven't able to be on 24/7 like usual, and therefore have probably missed many opportunities to meet newer guild members. I am hoping to be able to turn that around this week or next. However, everyone should be greeting others, and making sure no one goes ignored. To anyone new, I look forward to meeting you all soon! :piratear:

Ive been busy with work the last few days and when at work i can only come onto the forums.

I dont think me boss would be to pleased with me playing pirates instead of getting me work done lol although i do know what i would prefer to do.

yo guild. this savvy pirate thing. well my take is, so one pirate has the most kills or what ever. don't get me worng thats cool. but a really savvy pirate has the best guild in the game, ok. so carlos gets my vote for sure. ps carlos i think you really have the best guild, so of coruse ya get my vote. long live carlose and long live spania. of course ya do make your officers work very hard, but we love it. woudn't want to be in any other guild . go carlos, you :knife:will win this too...sheep
