I disagree with you both. Elizabeth and Will's stories are DONE. If there is a Will, there is an Elizabeth always. And did you see the ending of the 3rd movie? William comes to meet his beloved after 10 years. Terry and Ted (writers of PotC) confirmed that he spent exactly 10 years of servitude (not a day lost) in the Locker. So, Calypso freed him from the Curse and he is to spend the rest of life with Elizabeth. Either way Liz and Will's stories are done, because it will be the same tangle (You betrayed me.... Now I love you... Loop). This movie is about Jack Sparrow, Barbossa and whole new characters for the new trilogy (if this movie does well). Elizabeth is the only character who can at least make a cameo.

That is what I said. Those characters are done. Because the actors were either not included or they declined. Remember, a writer can break or make you.

As far as Will's curse that one is forever mate. 10 years at sea for one day ashore.

All I want is Gibbs. I Don't care about Will or Elizabeth.

Just looked up Megan Fox in the next movie. She has a possible chance of being in the next movie. She is said to be the mermaid who uses her persuasion powers to trick Jack.

Megan Fox? Really? I guess its because of her great talent and friendly ways that they have decided to include her. She is not even a mediocre actress. Why ruin a good thing by brining a rotten apple?

Exactly. In Jonah Hex all she wears are some risque outfits and shoots guns. Not a good thing to bring this to Pirates. Way to ruin the movie, eh?

Hopefully Depp will have even a larger role in this movie, it just won't be the same for me without the Kraken :)

From what I hear this movie is mainly about Jack.
Considering he's the only of the original characters left as far as I can tell.

Of original characters there's Jack, Barbossa, Gibbs, Theodore Groves apart from others. There are some videos of filming. Apparently Gibbs is working with the EITC/Groves.

The RUMORS about them not wanting Will or Elizabeth back has NOTHING to do with the director.

The focus was on smaller budget and thereby redirecting to story to stay with Jack and Barbossa - CONSIDERING that they set that up in POTC3. There was no last minute creative decision to let Knightly and Bloom go.

Blackbeard will make a great foil for Jack and there is supposed to be another pirate in opposition to them.

Actually the story might focus on Jack, Barbossa and Angelica. It's Angelica who will provide a "great foil for Jack". Blackbeard is the main villain. I wonder if Barbossa might have a villainous role too. There's a video of filming where Barbossa, Groves and Gibbs are talking of something over some ship ruins on an island. I wonder how they got off the Pearl. Geoffrey Rush looks completely different and he is wearing a Blue boot for one of his legs (CGI).

Here is the teaser for the movie. I think it was made before filming had begun on June 14th. The teaser which will use film scenes will come only on December 17th

Megan Fox in Pirates? Awesome! She is very tallented when it comes to movies, and I hope she has a good role in potc 4.

She is not coming. She was replaced as a mermaid by Australian supermodel Gemma Ward.
