That's a portrait of the Clubhearts.... in their MORTAL form.

By now, they must be ghosts.

I wonder what El Patron looks like.

KeeperOfTheCode 08-05-2010 09:32 PM

Well, we know he has a pointy beard...

I'm still trying to think about how long this whole quest would be, and now that I go back through it again, it sounds a bit shorter than the Pearl recovery quest.

Perhaps this quest is inbetween the Pearl quest and a possible Kraken story quest with Davy Jones? They are using the actor voices(sometimes) for the characters in game, and it's possible they decided to put a little side quest in for Jolly Roger, so we get more of an idea of who he is.

And El Patrons ship... this sounds like a boss battle ship to me. I hope so.

I'm betting that this quest is just gonna be a side-quest that gets released along with the island, like the Casa de Muertos Quests.

Nice find, Speedway :)

I'm doing some very weird thinking right now - could the Clubhearts also happen to be those two characters in the Tavern you used to be able to pass through in the old Tutorial that gave you your Sea Chest?

Crestshot 08-05-2010 09:59 PM

I only vaguely remember them, but that's possible. They kind of look the same, don't they? either that or they took the characters, put new names on them, and called them Clubhearts for the new quest, because people don't really remember them

No, because comparing these two "couples", they both look completely different. It's unlikely that they're the same people.

And is anyone else getting excited about fighting red ghosts?

Any ghost in general would be good. Another question.. is anyone else wondering if this could lead to a return of Captain Walter?

Deadeye Liz 08-05-2010 10:28 PM

Yeah, I believe so. I mean, why would Disney kill off the main pirate leader in the game? Idk, sounds aweful fishy to me.

Ropeburn 08-05-2010 10:32 PM

Teehee, fishy. but yah, we all thought that he was alive because the Marceline guild needs a leader. It would totally make sense for him to be trapped on the island.
