To all whom it may concern:

Effective now, Wackie Jackie's Army for Rum Replication, or WJARR, is being re-established. For what reason? I am often times too involved in other things to focus on the mastering of rum. So, I am re-forming the WJARR, and asking all employees to return, where they will begin being paid twice their former paycheck, (3 to 6 barrels a month).

However, while I am de facto leader, I trust you can handle yourselves enough to issue your own orders. I may be gone for any amount of time, so I need you to be able to work without my supervision. In case any major issues are brought up, I ask you to vote on the point, and only if there is an unanimous agreement will it pass.

Also, I no longer will give you all your orders. Come up with your own rum-related projects! Just make sure it furthers our cause, and not hinders it. I hope I can trust you on this.
