Its likely been said a few times, but we should be able to fight hand to hand.

Many a time, i'd just prefer punching a navy guy out, instead of killing the poor misguided red coat.

I want to have sort of like a cavalry, where you can capture a horse from somewhere, and have a sword with new moves that only works with the horse.

I think Boarding Axe's should be one, I'd love to use an axe, and musket.

The Navy had shot at me during Beta now they don't anymore, but seriously what is the point of the gun if you can't use it on the Navy. Now if you made it that their outfits make it harder for the bullets to do a lot of damage to them, that would at least be some sort of reasonable explanation to not use a gun on them.

I mean the three movies pretty much spelled out how many times that the code is more of guidelines that rules? Now you log on to the game and they are like hardcore rules lol.

Anyway, I think that their should be a level up cap (meaning a push to maybe 30) for all weapons and some new weapons to use. New skills can be added also in reaction to this so that all characters do not end up being the same in the end.

Well maybe something like dueling where the other guy must agree to duel against you.

A brawling skill wouldn't mean much anyway, when there are weapon's like a dagger, sword, pistol, or grenades out. Because of weapons like that, I don't think it is very reasonable.
