Hey guys, Rogues of Fortune is an extremely awesome guild. If you're looking for a guild that is always active and does fun activities this is the guild for you. We will always make you feel welcome and hope that you will choose our guild!

Aye... what John said.

dancerdudes 03-15-2009 12:53 AM

Any of you guys on the test server as of yet?

jason davy 03-15-2009 12:56 AM

Yeah, me, Zeke, and Jack Sailwalker are on TEST, and there may be more. The Rogues exist on TEST, but we focus on OPEN. :)

In addition to what jas said, and after reading yer post, i'm only level 12. I don't spend much time on test.

P.S. Not to sound rude at all, but can the mods provide me a list of accepted links?

jason davy 03-15-2009 03:39 AM

I would be very interested to see that list as well.

Sarah 03-15-2009 04:08 AM

There is no "list" of approved guild host sites. However, all guild sites linked on POF must adhere to POF site rules and guidelines which can be found here:

Thank You

jason davy 03-15-2009 05:50 AM

If there is no "list" may we perhaps have some "EXAMPLES" of approved sites?

Just look around the guild forums at sites. The best way to make sure your site is okay though is to PM a mod with a site link. If it's okay they'll give you the go ahead to post it. Just to quote the advertising rule...

Any site that is not officially approved by the PiratesOnlineForums Staff is not allowed to be advertised on these forums.

Thank ye Jas. I try to be nice to everyone.

Zeke, I think we should give some serious thought to switching hosting sites from Wetpaint to Fish. We could do some heavy copy and pasting to transfer the info, and since I know "Casmere," I think we could have a heavy influence on the creation and setup of the site. I'm also pretty sure I could get the "moderation" taken care of. At this point, Wetpaint is a bigger pain in the butt than it's really worth.

Hopefully, the new site will work out well. We're currently in the process of changing sites, so it's not available to the public.

jason davy 03-17-2009 12:26 AM

Aye, but I am very optimistic about the outcome of our new site. :)
