I would add a way to kick people who arent on your crew off your ship so you can get rid of unwanted quests :D

I would not use the friendship to advance a personal agenda. I would treat them as I would any other pirate.

WWYDI you could have a flag for your ship, but it was a quest item from SvS and you could only do it for one side or the other (French/Spanish)?

I would get Spanish for one Pirate.. and French for my other one =)
