I ban Sharky because hence the name Mr. Skiperdoo. It implies that Skiperdoo is, in fact, Skiperdoo's last name.

I ban Cat and CST because Skiperdoo is in fact his middle name. His full name is Ivan Skiperdoo Mckenzie-Hood. Mckenzie is comes from his British background. He rarely uses that last name because it reminds him of his days serving the Queen's Royal Navy.
