I decided to get a screen of myself that was as close as possible to one of the few screens I have from when I was still a basic level 14. I had to change the shape and size of the game window to match what it used to be when playing in the browser itself (960x510). I also had to change my clothes and hair back to the original look I had as a basic, then I went to the docks I was on in that particular screenshot, and waited for nighttime. Sadly, the moon didn't come into the same spot as when I took the original screen, but I still made a very accurate screenshot. ;) http://i1232.photobucket.com/albums/...andjan2012.jpg Like it? :D |

I feel ashamed of having no older pictures of my pirate XP OOOH actually, I CAN dress like her. BUT my hair, I got it during unlimited week in '09. And now I'm basic so I can't change it. I gave a picture of my self as a first-time Unlimited Access player with my Darkfire, which is why in that picture my pirate is still lv. 14, just like from 2009 |

Anyway, after a surprising amount of work, I finally got a picture of Jason to upload. Attachment 5056 Oh, and yesterday when I was fishing, I found something special from a particularly heavy Lumpfish. Attachment 5057 And guess what happened the next day? I found another Bejeweled Cutlass from another Lumpfish. Attachment 5058 Oh, and not only did they remove Andaba, but I'm pretty sure Andoso crashed today too. Bit of a mishap while cleaning up at the fort owned by Nayana and I (long story)... was fighting some intruders and I suddenly fell through the steps of the fort! Now I know how Jack and Elizabeth felt...

Okay partners, I have a contest for all of you!
This weekend as most of us know is one of the first ever Double Plunder Weekends, where pirates have DOUBLE the chance to acquire some shiny, new artillery to use at their disposal! Delmaria has always been a very big fan of arming his partners us with only the finest weaponry in all of the Caribbean, so I decided that a great way to encourage all of ye mates to get out there and fill your cargo holds with treasure is if we made a game out of it! Beginning tomorrow morning, until Monday morning, whenever you find a Famed or Legendary Weapon, post it here on this thread! I'll be "keeping score" of the number of weapons all of us manage to find, with a Famed Weapon on land being worth 1 point, a Famed Weapon on Sea being worth 3, and a Legendary Weapon being worth 5 (minus getting Silver Freeze from Foulberto, which is worth 2 :p)! Whoever has the most points at the end of the weekend doesn't win much other than a huge arsenal of great weapons and bragging rights, but this is still a great way to have a little fun and competition while ye loot!
