We gather again today for the 4th meeting of the Brethren Court.
This be Our First Month Anniversary of the Brethren Court!!!

We ask that each guild bring forth 2 representatives to speak for their guild, so that matters may proceed a pace, and we may get underway with the Event, once the meeting is concluded.

DATE: WEDNESDAY 7/22/09
TIME: 7pm CENTRAL

Topics Before the Court:

-Call the Meeting to order @ 7:15 pm Central
-Commemorate our First Month Anniversary
-Open the floor to discussion concerning the Volunteers for Steering Committee Positions.
-Conclude Meeting and gather for the Event. (Time Issue with Game Closing)

Won't the scheduled maintenance affect the event?

The maintenance times are in Pacific times. So, it will start at like 10 pm central time for the maintenance.

When will you decide the positions roxy?

Thanks for the update. And TSC, I doubt that the maintenance will effect it, its at midnight EST, so thats.. 11 central?

Maintenance won't start until 12am EST, 11pm CST, 10pm MST, 9pm PST...

The Maintenance WILL NOT be causing a problem for our meeting and event.

We were going to do 2 Events, but given the nature of our time constraints, we will limit it only to the one for this week.

I'll be posting a Roster of the Steering Committee Positions after today's meeting, Commodore.

I'll Open the floor for discussion on Steering Committee Positions.

Sorry I've not had time to post an application form yet for new guilds and for the steering committee. I hope to have them up by weeks end.

Aye, the Court be open to all Guilds willing to abide by the Code. (See Pirata Codex on Page 5 of this thread)

We welcome you to attend and ask that for your first time, please bring your GM + 1 Officer or 2 Officer Represntatives that can speak for your Guild!

I am not gm and currently my gm is away at camp so he probably will not be able to make it but i am co-guildmaster and will be bringing head officer with me.

i believe tha warriors (avery tha cannon's guild) needs to be added to the list ;)

I think to help minimize the crowding, only myself or my second-in-command will attend future meetings. I apologize for a third ETC member showing up - he's every eager to be officer material.
