last time something went wrong i didn't get it back for 3 months....hopefully it wont be the case this time

What seems to be the problem with it? Hardware or software?

I'm not planning on going AFK, but I thought I should mention the possibility. With the blizzard (have 1', expecting 3', but it's really heavy snow), we may lose power; neighbors already have.

So if I disappear, that's why. :)

I'm driving everyone crazy with my constant whinging "I want my puter back!!!" I put it into a local repair shop (bugger warranty jobs, I'd rather pay and have it back quickly) a couple of days ago. The guy told me he would have it done in a few days (we'll see...) so hopefully by Monday/Tuesday I'll have it back.
Seems I picked up a virus that corrupted one of the start up files, so my puter logs on when I turn it on, then logs me straight back out. Can't tell you much more than that because I know next to nothing about computers and how to fix them, hence why I sent it to an "expert" to be fixed. (this is also the reason why I become friends with tech-savvy ppl so they can fix it for me LOL)

latest word is I'm virused to the eyeballs. The repair guy said he could get the computer back to me by Wednesday (for you guys I guess its Tuesday...) hopefully. Not holding my breath though...

I say stand over him with a whip until he's fixed it.

noooooo, he might like that too much and get distracted!

Well I said this in game once, but I'll say it again. I am not going to be in game until May 8th because I am out of town and away from computers.

I will see you guys May 8th when I plan on playing all day.

Promote him to officer, and the first thing he does with the raise in his allowance is take a weeks vacation! You wouild think he would have at least restocked the RUM supply before he left!
