You guys will probably see me on the daily blackjack leaderboards later today, because I spent an hour or so working my way up from 40,000 gold to 120,000 so I could finally buy the Fortune Hunter upgrade for my Red Queen. @_@ It was worth it, though.


The hull is so extravagant and elegant, and the deck looks scuffed-up and worn.... I love that. You don't seem to see many Fortune Hunter ships, because it's so expensive and many people would rather have Skull & Bones. It's not exactly a favourite amongst the community, but that's one reason why I like it (that and its lovely hull, of course). And the cherry on top is, it has good cargo space, great speed and handling, and pretty good armour too. I absolutely love it. :dancetl6:

This was my *cough*BIG*cough* comeback: my first log-in to the game for possibly months/weeks. You'll notice what I mean by big in the chat.

I just remembered this from the start of 2012. It's been over a year now, and look how much we've all changed!

Saw this in-game and thought it was... interesting. I've seen the occasional Expedition Fleet notice, but never a simultaneous Expedition Fleet and Treasure Fleet. And it wasn't a chat bug; there were literally two fleets out at the same time.

Yep, I remember that happening once before. It's absolutely righteous when that occurs. I hope it happens again some day.

Wish I knew why it happened though. Obviously it calls upon a Treasure Fleet and for some reason uses the older coding to call upon the former Expedition Fleets.

Never gotten an Inquisition-level weapon before. I have the Sacred Musket at least (on my main pirate), for the Holy weapon tree, this is the highest I've gotten (and only other Famed Holy weapon I've gotten - nice that it's a Cutlass, too).
This is the first Lost Reli- err, I mean, Famed weapon that I've gotten on this pirate. Cool beans.

In all my times as a pirate - in all I've done - I never got the chance to say hello or goodbye to someone all pirates look up to. He passed on through the game far before I got more involved in the pirating community, so I figured I would never get to see him.

But tonight I got a nice little piece of closure. On one of the last nights of the game, I went to a "little" pirate gathering known as Dread Pirate Robert's Story Time, which I've never had the pleasure of going to. Ironically it was said this very same person had made a reappearance only to leave before I logged on, but I'd figure to pop in to see a few old faces, and even through all the lag it was very much worth it. However, as everyone was celebrating and enjoying their time, I got this little gem that I find a nice, simple quote to wrap it all up:
