good point but i want to mention that so far we have 267 posts half way there

um being allowed is one thing but i don't think we need to place all of that upon Del he has enough on his plate being a good Guildmaster why would you want to make him do more this is just a game ya know not a full time job....

Say we have a week for voluteers to post that they are volunteering and then maybe a week for a voting period? Just and idear

yes so why bring it up in the first place? why not focus on what is to be disscussed at the meeting tonight? focus more on now rather than pushing things forward so fast

well we are another brethren's court meetings confusing and imposibal to understand it seams that this has turned on its creator

Started with Welcomes
Then established that we are a group to bring guilds together.
Debated if a council should be needed and what it should be
Davy- spoke of a council as leaders of certain positions Leader of guild leader of interviewing other guilds. Council not acting well is voted on taken out of office if tie GM gets final vote. Council runs events.
Del- spoke of council will fail due to Council members voting for what they want not what the members want.
Dog view- No council don’t give guilds better power than others because of favoritism
Grace- Sub-forum we need a plan talk of a responsible leader.

Voted- No council is to be made
Kat- Don’t Get worked up about a GAME!

Notes on what happened a little breif but first time haha

Mate, you don't understand it because you were interrupting ever 5 seconds. We asked you to be respectful, and you kept chit-chatting away. I took over after Del left to complete the meeting. I do hope you realize that the meeting actually accomplished something.

Overall No council is to be made that subject is no longer to be spoke of. The rest was still undecided.

Oh and I'm working on a signature for the conclave

It was a very difficult meeting to follow with far too many off topic disruptions. Can't accomplish business that way. Also for most of us our time is valuable we don't live in game or on the forums, we have work, family, and real life business to attend to. Meetings should focus on business at hand not whether or not someone will accept a friend invite and other non business issues.

I think we should state on here the toppics to be disscussed the day before the meeting so we can have more time to think about it and KNOW what we should be talking about
