Well I just popped on to POTCO on one of my basic accounts, just out of curiosity if I had won, and I now have Unlimited Access. I was so shocked they have it up this early on the 12th. They have it up now, just thought I would give people a heads up.

My last new pirate Booger Beard Billy will be trying to hit level 40 in my free time while I am on Unlimited for 30 days I suppose. Actually some thing + I have to say about Disney lol...

This is really a " major award ..." ... (If you like lamps made out of legs you get that joke)

I got the free month on one of my basic accounts. Almost like they are trying to make up for taking the linked accounts away.

Now, I'm going to transfer 2 of my pirates from the unlimited to the basic that is now unlimited, so that they aren't all on the same account! Disney wouldn't transfer them when one of the accounts was basic.

And I definitely get the leg lamp reference.

What happened to the "email notice" lol.

LOL Swash. This is a nice treat for the removal of linked accounts, but Big D still needs to come out with some serious stuff. Currently, my guild is all that's keeping me active in the game.

The email says the free unlimited starts today and I use game cards so I am not sure how that is going to work out.

I didnt get a e-mail, I just logged on and was unlimited.

It probably added your free month onto you existing game card months - it says something on the Disney site about adding on to your existing subscription. But who knows. It is Disney, after all.

I'm not sure if I'm right when I say that I think they don't look at your account 'problems' when you enter. Suspended before or not, I think everyone deserves a chance to enter. I don't think even disney can be biased against something like that.

I entered, though. I don't care if I win or not. I bought POTCO for another year a month ago. Another month of unlimited to me isn't really that much.

Well I was really hoping they would grace one of my basic accounts so I could work on the Wiki. They changed all the early quests, and a basic pirate can only do Pidgeley, and no more.

I have sent them many feedbacks/emails regarding the account linking, figure they have my emails on file as inelgible. lol

I won 30 days too and got an email.

Even if you don't win I don't think you have to rush into editing wiki. Not much has changed other than fighting different enemies. By different enemies I mean different names. I finished the doll quest on my newest pirate the difference in fighting crabs is stone crabs instead of sand crabs.

It seems like a waste to me. Adding in new enemies for these earlier quests is just useless. They're practically the same except they change the enemy names around.

Also, it looks like a lot of people are winning. 10,000 members to me sounds like more than half.

10,000 winners? lol I doubt 10,000 people even entered.

The key to winning on multiple accounts is to have a different email and street address for each account rules state only one winner per email account or street address! If you won with your basic account and your unlimited has the same email and address registered to it the both cannot win.

I have seperate accounts on different email addresses. I only submitted one of them for the first drawing this time, I dont want to win 30 days on 2 accounts at once because all of my accounts are now basic. I entered another account for the next set of drawings so I can have a laps of time between them and keep on playing as unlimited after this current accounts time runs out in 30 days. From what I understand they are drawing 3 times over the month of June at different dates, I think its listed in the contest rules.... the 10,000 free accounts will be spread out over 3 different times so I am guessing 3,333 two times, then 3,334 once will win. So you still have a chance at winning.

Also you don't have to enter between each drawing (else it'll count as a duplicate entry and disqualify you). They'll place entries that didn't win from the previous drawings into the next drawing.

Sorry if I made that un-clear.... Im just waiting between drawings so I have a few days left in between accounts if I win, because I dont really have time for 3 Unlimited Accounts at once lol, I figure if I can win the next one, I will have about a week left on it when this account I just won on runs out, the same with the next set of drawings.

It has to be different email and street addresses different email with the same street address will still give you only one chance to win total! Check the address registered with each account.

Looks to me like there just giving it to people that are already paying and are about to unsubscribe lol i just got my email this morning

My main account won, but I usually tabbed from it, to another account, which has my main pirate on it. lol my main pirate isn't on my main account.

Just checked the email I do signups with. Our sons' account they used to tab and mine I used to tab to Sven's unlimted account both won a free month. And of course the notices came hours after we gave it and bought a second membership.

Anyone starting to think these are going to those accounts who used the tabbing regularly as a consolation?

I won a month of unlimited access but I already have unlimited access. Will that just add to my subscription?

They never really said anything on it but I would guess it will work as if they were giving you extra time due to some bug or issue on their part, where they'll just add it onto your time.

I got my email today saying I won the 30 days today too. And I just paid for a year a week or so ago... :rolleyes8:

Well when they removed the tab feature, the next day I used one of them 14 day cards that they want you to give away and get someone else to join. Anyways today I logged in to check cause I still had unlimited access on that basic account. Looks like I had won a 30 day on june 12.

This still doesn't make up for removal of the tabs.

I do kinda wonder how many actual people are actively playing. I wonder this cause it doesn't take long to get in to the top 100,000 for ships sunk. About 700 ships sunk or so right now.

I don't have unlimited but won unlimited until 7/11! Yea Me! It looks like the one month time frame is pretty consistant with everyone being 6/12 to 7/11. Guess there will be some unhappy pirates on 7/12. Including me...
