Log on Live! Raven's Cove is now available!
 

Just letting you know, they updated live and Raven's Cove is now on live.

well i cant tell nothing is working now on live =I

Interesting, because when I opened the live application, I got all the test release notes.

So did I Mason, but I was able to log in. Notice how about half the servers are gone? People are saying they are missing some stuff from their inventory.

I'm trying to log on right now, but the game is getting updated.

Also, don't you think they released a little too early?

Yeah, they released it too early, and I'm not sure they even intended to. The launcher shows Test release notes, and there are tons of bugs (and not minor ones).. hopefully they can fix it, probably through a reset though..

They were doing an amazing job fixing bugs on test, but this was just too soon. I expected at least two to three more release notes for bugs before this ever went live.

And, yeah, they'll be able to fix all the problems through a reset, so I wouldn't be doing any major POTCO playing today.

What kind of bugs are you talking about?

WOW !! I just logged on and nearly everything disappeared even I can't tp to any main Island !! there's something went wrong !!
all of my money and weapons are gone I can't even launch my ship, I'm stuck in Padres

Ok, just loaded updates and my launcher disappeared ....sigh....so its wait and see, or reload game? Later, I mean...probably, much later...lol.

Logged in today and had nothing and half the servers where gone, freind of mine told me to hit shift and F2 at the same time ,then it works.

I guess those are the major bugs. None of them affected me.

oh I just noticed that my Pirate's face has changed, she's all..... smiley !!and she got VERY thin ! XD

Try to log off and then log on again. It worked for me.

EDIT: oh I tried to quit the game and get back in but it told me that the site is closed for maintenance Wooho go POTCO Staff <--- lol I'm desperate, I wanna do the Raven's Cove Quest !

Yep it says site is closed for me also. I tried to get a rusty cutlass before it shut down so I could at least earn 100 gold to get a light sloop to sail to Ravens but it said I needed training LOL so I checked and all my skill points and wep levels where gone. So in a fight I won't die fast but I'm as useful as a paper bag LOL

Apparently POTCO isn't working at all now. I loaded the new update and then had NOTHINGN except for the clothes on my back... so I signed off to try again and now it says its unavailable and to try back soon. GEEZ! This is a TEASE!

Well, I just logged in using my basic account. Had nothing and fixed it with the Shift + F2. The POTCO site says that they will be working on open while people are playing:

I was at least able to find out that basic pirates cannot do any Raven's Cove quests.

Bad Update
 

All of my level 50 member pirate's inventory is gone. So are all of my officers' Level 50 pirates inventory. One pirate lady has had the outfit she was wearing changed since last night and not by her.

I hope we get these things back. A lot of Famed and Lost weapons have disappeared from our inventory as well as all the other stuff.

I'm guild master and am afraid to download the update thinking it might destroy the guild.

Yeah half of the servers or more are gone. Test Release Notes are appearing in the Launch Window. All of my tonics, weapons, clothing items, ships etc are all gone. Even my notoriety cap is messed up. Did something go wrong on Disney's end here? I somewhat agree that it's too soon for it to come to Live but its nice that it's here. But please Disney if you are reading this please fix all of these bugs/glitches/issues today as soon as possible!! -_-

I am still waiting for the game to do it's updates, so I have yet to get on live. However, I do remember when this same situation happened on Test a few months back with the release of the new weapons and inventory system. They were able to fix it then, and I am sure they can fix it out. So there is no need to panic, lol. I think it may have been too early, but then again I am not an expert at this stuff, so I am sure they ( Disney ) didn't make the decision to release it lightly and they felt it was ready. Even though the problems some are experiencing may seem to say differently, lol

Hopefully it gets fixed, I will not be happy to lose my 65 famed weapons ...

I hope Disney is trying to teach everyone that had no patience and that wanted Raven's Cove to hurry up a lesson on Why It Takes Time To Test Things Out First.

Dum dee dum dee dum.... Updating! I am going to see this for meself.

I hope they are just trying to get the update out with all deliberate speed.

I had no issues during the first update this morning.

So its safe to go on? Sweet, I'll go on tomorrow, too busy today. And Solaris, you can name that place with the Rage Ghost, Death Valley. xD

Really glad this is out... although there are tons of bugs... perhaps it wasn't supposed to be released yet.

It is safe. I am close to finishing helping the ghosts.
