Boy I hope they fix these bad glitches! *crosses fingers*

Hopefully I'll be able to get loot drops again after these fixes. My famed weapons hunt has hit a dry spell, but without an actual loot drop, I haven't even had a shot to get one.

Hope everyone's problems are fixed, I know we have several in our guild that are having the same problems mentioned above. So far I have not had any (knock on wood). Good luck everyone, may you be back to you old selves when you log in today! :)

Just noticed, really hope they can fix those bugs like the clothing/revive. And other bugs.

Ugh. I got up early to play and I've been sitting here refreshing the launcher. 1 hour 47 minutes.....

So far I haven't been effected by the bugs in the lastest update but I hope they are fixed soon. I have been experiencing a lot of Lag and freezeups since the update. This game has always been laggy for me though even a couple years ago and three computers later still laggy.

This is like the longest time the site was down its getting close to half a day!

i know right?!?! Oh well...... there was many many MANY bugs...... so it needs a very very VERY long maintenance

Anyone else still notice, we are missing a few servers? Wonder if they are gone for good...

They actually trashed those sadly. Think theres a thread about them somewhere.

Ok, I'll check it out. Man, that bites. Maybe they trashed them because they aren't used as much? Hmm...

On another note, it's 10:28AM PST - only 32 more minutes to go. Will it be open? Or do you think they are gonna extend the times? I think so. I hope this is a BIG fix. Some people say it has to do with Halloween being right around the corner.

I have nothing else to do today so I'm just waiting around for it to open back up.Hopefully it will be a great update though.

They pushed it back another 2 hours! Grr. Its been close for over 12 hours!

Wow pushed back to 1:00 pm pacific, they must be doing some major overhauling! Let's hope it's smooth sailing when it returns!:sailr:

Now it's 3pm pacific. I think that's a 15 hour maintenance. There must be a lot to work out.

Its now 3PM PDT, last time it was down this long was to fix the inventory issue after El Patron's weapons hit.

I too hope that the major problems are solved, and that they sneak something in like more cloths maybe!

I woke up early for nothing. It keeps getting pushed back an hour.

Now, I wonder if they are ACTUALLY doing server maintenance, or... OR putting back the Old Oslands. ( Maybe a Prelude to the Old Island music we hear )

I do not ever remember it taking this long. It might be because I am anxiously waiting to play?!
I guess I could do something productive like start in on some never ending laundry or clean but, what fun is that?! :laughks2:

They have a lot of code to debug! They are sort of in a catch22 situation, we complain that new content isn't being added quickly enough, on the other hand rushing new updates onto live servers before they are properly tested causes a multitude of problems. I remember how buggy the game was back when I started playing. It took them almost a year to fix most of those issues. All because they rushed the game online before it was ready.

Another 3 hours! What are they doing have some Marceline guild party? My money is being wasted!

Aye when we got EL Patrons weapons our inventory was missing. The site was down all night, and half the next day.

I am officialy a Level Zero.

My pirate, Jack Shipsteel, has been put to level zero, can't access anything, no weapons, no tonics, nothing.

Heh, quite a stange sight to see.

They always make things worse when they update. I think they have the sisters of the poor doing programming.

I had zero problems yesterday and a whole boat load today.

Might need to put in a new Poll. Would you rather be clothless of level zero?

A few minutes ago when I got on to do Protect the Traitor my voodoo doll would not work and I was unable to revive a knocked out crew mate.I logged off then back on and now my clothes are missing, I'm logging off and back on now.....


Yep it's still like that..

When i first logged i was all playing and yeah, then i logged off.
when i logged back on i could not attack or wear clothes. and i still cant heal or revive....

Why do so many people take peoples quotes totally out of context, or think they should answer a basic statement with sarcastic rejoinder. I said svs is still lagging...and it is. Simple.


Everyone who knows me, knows I ship pvp every day. There are optimal times for less lag, just as there are better servers....not so much since fishing hit live tho. The night before cove went on open, however, we all noticed a wonderful night of less lag and skills recharging like they should....yes, it felt magical.

I have been playing ship pvp since its beginning, and lag was basic slowdown and influenced mostly by older computers. There are bigger problems for Dis to work on, and I hope everyone's problems are addressed soon.

My brother hit level 0. Friend of ours said logging out and in a couple times usually solves it... funny how they fixed a bug, and another crawls in to take its place.... but thats how it goes....

And what do you know, It's closed again for maintenance.
