Christmas Ball
 

Ahoy mates!

Once again it's that time of year where the seas become a bit more joyous and the pirate cheer in all of us really seems to shine brighter. However, this also marks a special celebration for the guild as well as we proceed to launch our 3rd-Annual Christmas Ball. This celebration has become a major event for the past three years and has generally been very successful as this is a moment and chance for many guilds to come together and celebrate and have a good time together. All pirates, the tall and the small, are welcome to attend. The Christmas Ball originated out of the hopes to bring the pirate community closer together, if so even for an evening, and we continue to commemorate this tradition as a guild holiday event.

When: Sunday, December 19th

Time: 6:00PM - 8:00PM EST

Place: The Royal Anchor Tavern, Port Royal, Cruzaire Ocean

We invite you to dress your best, who knows, if it be a gatherin' of pirates this evening you just might as well be dressed to kill. We will blast off the evening with music, dancing, poker and blackjack games, as well as a few guest appearances. If you have any questions or comments please feel free to PM me and the guild asks that you do RSVP and include any guests in which you will be bringing.

We hope many of you will be able to attend and we look forward to having you as our honored guests. :buds:

That's good to hear, it'd be a pleasure to have PIC/PNC attend for a third consecutive year as well. Hope you guys can make it!

In the previous years we've sent out the invites in December and they were considered too late so we decided to post the thread while the idea was up on the drawing board. But I'm glad you could make it and we look forward to seeing you there!

The party will begin at 6:00 PM Eastern Time and will conclude around 8 or so, however, if guilds should wish to remain later.. the more the merrier! (Drinks are on the officers anyway.. just don't tell them ;))

Eh, just wanna throw this out there: If there are any party crashers, please just put them on ignore. We've had incidents in the past with pirates trying to crash the party by spamming and insulting people. Obviously having a bouncer like the one to the entrance for Undead Poker is not possible, and we can't actually stop people from coming inside. In other news, I'm looking forward to see who all shows up. Been caught up in the privateering world since the original guild broke up, and it'll be a chance for all of us to meet some old faces.

I will post this on our guild site. I expect a few of us Dark Archivers to attend. I should be there with at least one other.

Hello darlings, due to a conflict in many officers' schedules, the Christmas Ball will have to be rescheduled to Saturday the 18th. The Crimson Era sincerely apologizes for any disappointment or potential time conflicts this may cause. Everyone is still welcome to join us on Saturday evening, and we hope that we'll see you there!

Just a little warning guys, my guild really knows how to party...sometimes we drink to much rum.. don't be surprised if you see us shouting random yet funny things.

One quick note: With the release of the "Santa Claus" looking outfit's and the other cool new "outfits" e.t.c. Can people not dress like Santa Claus please? :) Who knows we may a special appearance by his brother ;) Okies, thanks mate's. :)

Ok this so now only a possiblility i'm heading holiday shopping so depending on how long that takes....
