Foulberto smasho drops-only throwing knives?
 

Now I am very thankful that foulberto actually drops! But I was looking over release notes and it said there was an "added chance" for these throwing knife drops. Is this just a glitch that gives pirates ONLY knives instead of added chance? Or will this be Perminent? State yer opinion!

there r not many throwing knifes = better chance for famed and legendary i think

I believe it's only knives forever.... And as Sith stated, better chance for getting the Silver Freeze, so I'm glad it's like that.

I personally hope this sets precedent for another baddie on Tormenta that specializes in swords.

it would be nice if he also drops cursed blades

Disney made an edit to Foublerto's No Loot Dropping Bug to give a certain weapon, and the weapon group they chose for him to drop are Throwing Knives, and the Legendary Silver Freeze is a Throwing Knife. And hence Foulberto uses a Dagger/Throwing Knife, that will be all he drops up until Question Mark. So for now, tons of Pirates in Abassa, Andaba and Andoso will all be at Foulberto Smasho looking for Silver Freeze. Enjoy the time to get a greater chance to get Silver Freeze!

It's not a glitch... So this thread should be moved. That is the point, he drops Throwing Knives, I almost have all the Famed/Legendary Throwing Knives.

The Point is, Sharktooth, That I'm pretty sure that it IS a glitch, I was in contact with Live chat and they said that Foulberto is supposed to be dropping other things, (clothes cursed blades etc) but the GLITCH is that athats all that Foulberto drops. So post should NOT be moved.

It is a glitch. He is supposed to drop normal loot, but there is an increase in chance at getting throwing knives. However, he only drops Throwing knives because there was no loot drops to begin with.

I'm actually am relieved because when he drops normal loot, there will be a HUGE chance of getting cursed blades. Until then foul does drop amazing loot, still haven't found silver freeze but I'm hoping to soon :) keep me updated because I can check forums on phone but I only play on weekends.

I dont get why he actually drops knives, while he himself uses a dagger... (what do people warn you about him? Dont get close! why? because his meelee damage can do over 2000 damage! wait.. throwing knives dont have meelee attacks!) I would be happy if he drops some good daggers too, I am really short on those, although I am very happy he drops no other things, so more famed and legendary!

I telling ya mate, if you go to an "A" server and stay at foulberto you will most defiantly get famed. I have 6 famed on Tha Doc and I'm getting more every day. So just stay there haha.

hurray for this glitch!! lol but they will probably fix it soon and then he will be like all the toher bosses that drop good loot once and a while which takes forever lol so we best get all the famed and legendary stuff we want before he turns into a ever once on a full moon awesome loot boss lol

Maybe for another Foulberto Update, Disney should make him drop only Rare Clothes, and Famed/Legendary Weapons (Better making Cursed Blades the Primary drop from him)

When Foulberto's SECOND glitch is fixed, high lvl pirates will have a chance at better loot because of Foulberto's lvl.

I'm thinking that he will drop a LOT of cursed blades (it being ravens cove and him being such a crazy boss) and I also think that his drops will be of less value than they are now, but just at least things other than knives will drop haha

I am MAD at this glitch because everyone seems to get silver freeze or famed but me!!!!!

^ I'm the same. People are yelling on Andoso saying "YES! My second Silver Freeze!" Whereas I haven't even gotten one. Its really not very encouraging for me. It's so bad, that I almost want to cry... -_-

Sometimes getting famed or legendary can seem soooo hard. However, the loot drop itself seems just so easy... yet again FINDING that lucky loot drop is hard. My lucky loot law seems to apply to your situation. Make what you REALLY want a famed weapon. Then, with some patience, you will find your Silver Freeze loot drop :xgrin: This worked for me when I got my Silver Freeze the other day.

Maybe thats it... my brother was looking for Demon Fang when he got his... thanks Nate, maybe it isn't that I'm not trying hard enough, but that I'm trying too hard... I still feel like I will never get it though. :(

I wanna know what's with the masters daggers that are COMMON and have no special skills whatsoever! And also sell for nearly $1,000. Craziness.

I've gotten to the point that any time someone says, "I have two Silver Freeze" I respond saying, "Then why are you still here?". Seriously, why? That's what most the people are there for, why would you want any other knives if you have that? When I get the silver freeze, I'm not going to fight smasho any more.

I know i think everyone is there for Silver freeze, once I get it im back to tormenta!

Maybe it coule be leading to something like an enemy on every island that specializes in their own type of weapon. Maybe someone on Tormenta with swords, someone on kingshead with guns, a skeleton with voodoo, and maybe even some EITC person with a staff.

Honestly, I really DO want a famed. I want kinves of the golden idol more than a silver freeze, but I would still stop looting him if I get one or the other.

I got Scoundrel's Knives just now. They are okay, but I still want Silver Freeze... :(

Honestly, I feel a bit spoiled when it's the third time I can get the Assassin's Knives and I'm upset that I don't have silver freeze. You know, when is trading coming out, I want that. And they better not exclude legendary weapons from being traded if we ever get to trade, because I'm willing to pay 20k-50k for a weapon like the silver freeze. I probably make 10x that amount in my search for them anyways.

Rofl Mac, I've gotten the Assassin's Knives six times, Bayou at least 3 or 4, two swamp throwing, two golden idol, a hawk idol, a scoundrel's, three or four Shark Fang... I could go on and on, but you get the point. I think I've collected almost every famed knives, but still no Silver Freeze. This really isn't fair. I get all the famed, and thats great, but it seems to give me everything except what I want. Makes me feel great <sarcmark> I honestly think it isn't fair. I almost want to email Disney, but 1) They can't tell me anything, 2) Based on their replies, it makes me wonder if they even read past the first sentence of the email I send.

Lol Davy, I agree. And the craziest thing is, the level 29 NOOB is the one who gets 2 silver freeze. Gimme a break.

I dont think there would be more "specialized" bosses, otherwise there would be no point of looting, as you would get everything in less then a week, no fun in the long run.
I'd say disney would fix this when the holidays is over (since they prob get christmas breaks too)
