Alright, i'm not sure if this is baloney, something like the EITC guilds thing, or something else...

But, just today, a friend told me this:

TP real quick if you wanna be a pirate lord.

So i came to him. guess what? he made me pirate lord of Padres Del Feugo, the fiery island in the Caribbean sea.
Anyways, he had to go so i didn't know whether this was like the EITC guilds thing, or something else. but another pirate lord told me there was another pirate breathen court, but they all quit. and now there was a new one, and so i'm pirate lord of padres del feugo.

What do you think is going on?

I hope all pirates will be paying taxes to me if you own anything on padres( rum taxes)

People play games like that all the time. Its probably nothing serious. Its perfectly fine if they want to play like that and use their imaginations. As long as they don't start yelling at people for being on their island, there is no problem.

And this brings up an interesting question.... the governor or PR is Swann, Tortuga is a pirate town, so it has no ruler, Cuba is basically ruled by Tia Dalma.... but who controls Padres?

You see, Lord Seaking23, there are certain laws that must be in effect for this to happen, and so many many questions that must be answered. For instance, was this lordship claimed by death of another man? If so, was the death a murder? By these tactics, revenge must be taken appropriately on the murderer before you may appropriately take the throne.

Next up...I must ask, in my new advisory position I have surreptitiously placed myself in, the server in question. Now, if it is an A server, I’m afraid you’ll have to deal with plenty of wars for the land, especially if this is Abassa or Andaba. The lowest servers are just as bad. I certainly hope for your sake, sir, that it was a C server, as those seem to be quietest and most peaceful. If it is not, we have far more to deal with.

Then there is the matter of public opinion. You see, with a pirate in charge, things won’t exactly sway your way. Despite the incredulous amount of piracy in these waters, people still like something resembling democracy (unless you happen to be in Tortuga, and in which case, this argument would be null-in-void). You will more than likely have to deal with public uprising, and since you are a pirate, all sorts of people coming to you with their sorry problems expecting you to feel sympathy, as you were once in their position. Make sure that you do not give in to this, or to the bribes and corruption that you will soon be approached with.

Now, as to this comment...
Sir, I advise you to first warm up to the Crown, THEN you may make your fleet. Due to your lack of public support, you will have very little in the way of supplies, and there are only so many pirates in the sea. After all, if you sink EVERY sink in the sea, there would be nowhere you could pull resources from, now would there?

Tortuga is a pretty lawless town.. I'd hope the governor was either 1) A pirate or 2) A drunkard.

Also, my lord, we must take in to account the indescribable amounts of damage left to the Padres Town Wall after the Anti-Victorian Riots only a few short months ago. Do you plan to repair the wall, and continue Mr. Victorio's plans to expand the wall across the island, or will you keep commerce in the port open to all free merchants?

You must also be aware of the fact of the different factions that reside within Padres Del Fuego. Do you plan to settle any remaining fueds between the rebels who helped establish the overthrow? Or do you plan to do a crackdown of any of these members remaining, which may lead to an even further uprising.

Also, because Victorio was claimed by Jolly Roger, do you plan to do any action against this rising source of evil in the Caribbean? Also, while we're on the subject, it would be in your best interest to investigate any ongoings as to why Roger may be so interested in gaining control of Padres.

There is also a matter of the radically declining value of silver. Because Beckett's Quarry was founded for silver mining, which in turn backs the Padres treasury, do you plan to reverse this cavern's purpose in order to convert it to a copper, tin, or even gold based economy? You should be well aware, any intervention without first consulting the Company may just bankrupt your administration.

Also, Mr. Seaking, the Rum Industry is in need of a, how do you say... bailout. Recently, the eruption of the local volcano has decmiated the vessels that currently, or, well, did carry Padre Del Fuego's Rum, and the rum of many local investors. The town populace, without this drink, has become restless and cranky. If not prepared, they could riot, and this paradise can become a settlement worse than Tortuga. And, the investors in our town will pull their support from the town, and their funds. Without these funds, the economy shall collapse. So, The Town is in desperate need of your own, personal funds. Please, answer the towns demands.

King of the seas?!?! Me and my light sloop beg to differ! Anyways, the way I see it is, if someone is having fun by making a fake brethren court, then let them have their fun. And BTW Seaking, the town needs rum, and I am the town.

Also Sir, how do you plan to make your own gold with this new leadership? You will be hired to complete less tasks, being a pirate and all, and therefore slowly become less and less known. Eventually, the people will forget they even have a government, especially since it wasn't much of an election. Since they are already cranky without they're rum, and without even thinking any progress is being made, since they then think there is no government, they are then twice as likely to riot, which would end in a war far worse than Jolly Roger attacking. Imagine a giant invasion, accept the town was attacking itself, and it was neverending. You better find a way to stop the impending disastor before it spirals out of control.

Alright mates, to address your concerns i will

Plunder more vessels to help increase the price of silver.

Invade the fort and caves, kill everyone and take the rum. and put the survivors to work making rum. Mr. Shipsteel, you may lead the operation.

As for the gold making, i will deploy a huge fleet and plunder ever blasted eitc, navy, and skeleton ship in the Caribbean, and make tons of gold. Captain Darkskull, you may lead the fleet.

As for riots, i shall lower taxes as i won't need them becuase i'll be making money off of silver and plundering ships. The townsfolk will be happy, and i will humbled to hear there concerns and abolish them. (the concerns, not them)

Every single Skeleton shall be slaughtered and the bones used for cooking fires. I will make some of those shiny navy guns they have protecting the town from bandits and have them shoot at any skeleton ship daring to sail into the harbor. As if that isn't enough, i will take the stone from the fort and make our new EITC and navy slaves to work making walls and fortifications.

The towns economy shall be plundering, and mining.

I shall interested why they are there myself, ai i am interested in why Jolly roger would like to take control of my town. I have been to the catacombs, and found strange glows and other weird things, like the skeletons preforming rituals to multiply. Maybe its a source of voodoo?

P.S Would you like to actually preform the events listed? I'm sure we can all do with EITC slaves, more rum, less taxes, no skeletons and anti invasion defenses? lol

I am here to report that Padres del Fuego and nearby islands like Kingshead will cease to exist if you dont take immediate action. I was investigating Padres so i know this. As The East India Company Continue to mine in the mines, i know the sentence is funny, but this is serious, the Volcano will explode, creating a 8.5 Earthquake as well as a volcanic eruption. the earthquake will reach as far as cuba, or maybe the end of the world, but the most damage will end as soon as Port Royal. The Eruption will destroy all of Padres and Kingshead. the earthquake might create a Tsunami that will be stopped thanks to the high peaks of port royal and devil's anvil. If you fail stopping the eitc, I will give a tsunami and earthquake warning across the caribbean as well as island-wide evacuation for Padres, Avaricia and Kingshead.

Yes, Yes you should. It is Dangerous You Know, The eruption can happen as soon as the green seas go off test. (You know that we are playing a game do you?).

The Number of Undead on Padres has Decreased Dramatically... It comes with a Good news to us pirates and undead too, That most of the EITC wont survive the disaster they made, since their strongholds padres and kingshead will be burned to ash. I am currently stealing all treasure around padres and putting them on pirate ships with many many pirates, so that they wont go waste. :12_1_138:

I would love to be the Head of Scientific Studies of Caribbean, since i was the first to predict this very soon to come man made disaster. Also, the Caves and mainly the Magma cave, is hotter then ever. Boiling bay is sure boiling this month...

I have came to a cave on the side of tormenta facing tortuga. it was covered with a curtain of leaves and twigs and other things that does not let us see it. The Ships went in there. i dived in water and went inside it, the ships were there, Jones' crew were guarding the treasure of those weapons. i quickly came out and went aboard red tiger, but while i was down in water, i saw a ship come to us... and it came. my crew were as panicing as myself as the dutchman came out of the water. we used full sail and sailed back to padres.

And That does it. We need to do 2 massive raids, one on the caves which is more important, and one on tormenta. Red Tiger and Investigating Caribbean Awaits orders.

Investigate the catacombs, i would like to know why they are there.

And the massive raid on tormenta has already been planned by a good friend of mine, pirate guy.

Mayor! As i told you the things before, the people have gone back to their houses at padres and kingshead! they dont know about the eruption, they just knew that they had to leave. Now... Your People... Have Gotten word of the fact that... The Sea around padres is hot. Intelligent people have already predicted that the island is slowing swimming to doom. I have told them all to shut up and dont tell the people, and one of people was a person who was going to fort dundee to tell beckket, thanks to my crew, they stopped him and captured him. Here hes in chains, in your castle's jail. What should we do to him?

Otherwise, we have worked a way to stop the volcano, but that would require 1000 bottles of rum and A lot of wood. Yes if ye know, we are making a explosion in the deepest cave we just found out by digging 10 meters in the centre of the bekket's quarry we were going to raid. that stops the magma, but the miners need to stop or it wont work. but, the explosion wont stop the earthquke, witch will become a 10.1 due to the added explosion, which raises the destruction rate by 35%.

Put him to work making rum.

The Catacombs- are empty!

I was there, it was very hot, i saw lava filling all the holes on the ground, the crazed navy man, i saw him. I felt bad for him, i gave him the chance to become a pirate, who he is now, working under me as a member of Investigating Caribbean. The Catacombs were too way hot. if me and the navy guy didnt leave in seconds, we were doomed because lava filled the catacombs... yah know, after the last explosion, the catacombs were the most underground caves... its happening you know... The Volcano Explodes this sunday if you dont stop miners and we dont explode Underground magma cave, which is still safe from the magma due to the hard walls. if lava fills it, we. are. doomed. We are already filled half of the cave with rum, wood, and other stuff that burns easily.The Residents strangely now wear summer clothes, and most of them only in innerwear in home... its too hot you know, we do this in the middle of summer, they do this whenever the volcano explodes. The fish supply is very low at padres, most of the fish now stay away due to the veeery hot waters. Padres raid needs to be succesful or we are totally doomed.

Today, i was talking to me crew in the red tiger who was docked to padres currently, we felt a ripple. After getting data, we came to the point that a minor quake has happened in the middle of the crater of padres volcano. One of my crew member said this: "This is madness, we cant stay at padres. Jeez man THIS IS A VOLCANO EXPLODING AND WE ARE DOCKING THE SHIP TO IT!". Us, The peolpe who are working for you currently, have their ships docked to a island which is gonna get a 10.1 earthquake as well as a volcano explosion. Doesn't that sound ridiculous?. Also, One a Side note, we need to take rum from the rum cellar, please ask jack sparrow abt it.

No, not really. Its the lord thing. and guys - 3 days until sunday, the day everyone will remember. We just found out somethin really really intresting. You Should See this. Timonthy dartan and Darkheart were chatting, while we were hiding in bushes and other places, while other undead formed a group and chatted.

Darkhart: Jolly says he gets revenge on sparrow by taking all the rum from the underground cave so padres will explode.

Timonthy: No No, He actually said he will block the cave exits when the pirates raid and when the earthquake or volcanic eruption if your right, happens, they all die with eitc due to collapsing cave or magma.

Darkhart: But the thing is, we should start packing and leave padres del fuego! both the earthquake and eruption can be deadly! lets start packing up stuff...

So Mayor, we need crews at the start of the caves to be on the safe side, as well as guards in the explosion cave. Its so bad that darkhart and timonthy and their minons are going somewhere else we dont know for the time being, we cant loot them...:pirate_smiley_capta::pirate_smiley_capta:
The Contdown to the ultimate deciding fate of Padres Del Fuego is on, Will it totally survive? Will the Eruption stop? Will the raid will be succesful? will the island survive the destruction of the earthquake? Will All Other Things on the Island survive? We get the Ultimate Answer on 13th March 2011, Sunday.

there is only one thing left to do: Guard the cave where all the explosives are, and then attack the catacombs and knock there forces off balance. Then, kill neban, leaving there forces disorganized.

The people now know about the explosion thats gonna happen. i thought we need to tell this, so i gave this in weekly newspaper. but i said we stop everything... even if can stop the volcano, we cant stop the Devil's Quake, as we call it, since it will do more damage then we thought.
