PNC Events Schedule
 

Ahoy mates!

Our guild often hosts and participates in so many events across the Caribbean as the year goes on that it becomes hard for our members to keep track of all of the shindigs we're looking to attend. To keep our members more on task and aware of when all of our events are, I've decided I'm going to post on this here schedule any and all parties that we are going to host in the guild, or participate in! The majority of the minor parties we host will be posted here - major parties, such as anniversaries, big holiday parties, and so forth, will be posted on their own separate thread, but will still be listed here for the sake of keeping track of all of our events.

Be sure to check this thread regularly, although I will be sure to post on it every time a new party pops up. Thanks mates! Have fun!

Now that our dear Christopher Ironhawk has given us an indepth analysis of how our guild is in terms of our skills, I think this would be the perfect opportunity to whip our guild in to shape with some good old fashioned group leveling!

Partners are encouraged to grab those pirates that need a little polishing up and join us throughout this week at 7 PM Eastern as we work on buffing up those pirates of yours! We will all as a group be spending our time leveling our pirates to new heights, while keeping each other entertained through our usual antics in chat.

What: PNC's Leveling Extravaganza
When: August 8th to August 12th, 2011, at 7:00 PM Eastern
Where: Tormenta Cave
Why: To level up those pirates of ours!
Who: All pirates!

For those pirates in our guild that are basic, or have no other pirates to level, we suggest you come anyway to help out your fellow pirates, and join in the fun!

This is great since I plan on playing more on Kat and leveling her up.

I may or may not be able to make tonight's event - regardless, all of you should go about the leveling as we did last night! Staff members should also be there to chaperone our members.

As a way to celebrate our dear guildmate Jack's Birthday, we're going to be hosting a good old fashioned plunder party in his honor! All pirates are invited to come to help us celebrate!

What: Jack's Birthday Bash!
When: Monday, August 15th, at 3 PM Eastern
Where: The Ratskellar, Padres Del Fuego, Kokojillo
Why: To celebrate our guild mate's birthday!
Who: All pirates!

I sure hope that I can make it to this one! :D

For the PvP event, are we going in PvP to practice or on the dummies like the Jumping tutorial like a while back?

Because the PvP tutorials will obviously take longer than an hour, I'm going to be moving them from 2 to 4:30, so we all can make the POF party.

In honor of International Talk Like a a Pirate Day tomorrow, September 19th, I'm hereby passing a new legislation strictly for tomorrow!

Tomorrow on Talk Like a Pirate Day, I'm asking that all of you drop the usually tech lingo and such, and pick up your pirate speak both ingame, in real life, and here in posts on the forums! So instead of saying "Anybody up for plundering?" you would say "Avast scoundrels! Any of ye brave souls up for a little sailing on the High Seas?"

Then, for those who can make it on tomorrow night, we will be holding our "Talk Like a Pirate - Party Like a Partner Celebration!" All pirates can join us as we head out for gold and adventure on the High Seas as we plunder enemy ships with a little role play thrown in to the mix. All "arr" welcome!

What: Talk Like a Pirate - Party Like a Partner!
When: All-day September 19th, 2011, and then party with us at 9:00 PM Eastern!
Where: Padres Del Fuego Docks, Kokojillo.
Why: To celebrate Talk Like a Pirate Day!
Who: All pirates!

Haha, sounds great! I can't make it, as you probably guessed, but have a great time! I'm still going to be talking like a pirate tomorrow. :)

Slow down, Dark Pixie! Did you think I would forget you?

In honor of our mates from across the pond, namely Dark Pixie, who is caught in that ever-convenient timezone where she can never make our events, I invite all pirates to join us this Saturday for a toast to these two extremely loyal pirates in an invite I'd like to call the "Grim Englishman's Regatta!"

This Saturday, we'll be dividing our forces under two colours - one half of our fleet will launch under the French Flag, and the other the Spanish flag. However, instead of immediately attacking each other, we will instead take to the Hinterseas, where we will sink as many East India Trading Company and British Navy ships as possible. Of course, once the battle gets underway, you mates will be free to relieve some stress that has built up throughout the week by attacking each other as well ;)

The only ship that will not fly Privateer colors is myself, who will sail a regular ship so I can draw in Bounty Hunters for you all to rip apart while sailing about. If we can get enough partners/friends to join us, this could turn out to be quite a fun time!

When: Saturday, September 24th, at 3:30 PM Eastern (7:30 PM GMT)
Where: Avaricia's Tavern, Isla de la Avaricia, Kokojillo (Subject to change if the server is crowded)
Why: To honor our mates from across the pond!
Who: All pirates!

Remember mates, the Regatta is today! In the event I cannot get on in time, the Officers will be responsible for organizing it all. Hope you all can make it!

Ooh, privateering. Let the.... what do you call it? Um... I'll just say let the games begin. ;D

The event was a lot of fun yesterday! Sorry I missed the end of it.

The Events Thread has finally been cleaned out and prepared to haul in the events for this month, including a new event already scheduled for us to attend this Saturday in honor of Valentine's Day! Check it out when you can!

A reminder that the Valentine's Day Ball is TODAY! Please be on at least a half hour early so the Officers and I can do our best to make sure every pirate is accompanied with a spirit should he or she wish!

Ahoy Mates! It's time for another Victory Shark fleet! Next week, we will all be meeting up again for an extraordinary time with each other while we hoist our colors high into the air and flaunt our pretty ships! I encourage ALL of you to attend and to try your best to! The more Partners the merrier, aye? Aye! See you soon, sailors!
