Title says it all. Whats your record for most Royal Chests plundered in a single haul?

Mine's 5 on a single run with my War Frigate.

7 on a single run on my war galleon

got 6 one time in a friends war galleon.
biggest haul on a trip was over 1000... twas lovely.

we just got 8 tonight on my war galleon and that is not uncommon. we regularly have runs where the crew each get over 1,000 gold and the captain's share is around 1,400 gold :laughks2:

Mine has been 7, but a guild matey has had 9.

Three from one ship a number of times.

most i ever had was a 1600 haul in my war sloop, wasnt paying any attention on what exactly i got, but i recall thats the most id ever remember getting, as i just dont use the bigger ships much.

last night, all i got was cargo crates..was infuriating, not matter what i shot, revs, ironwalls, reapers, juggernauts, fishers, monarchs, just everything that was in range.

made me wonder if they changed something, cuz i felt like i was in the shipping business with most of my trips being cargo crates.

I can go all day and not get a royal off the big ships.. but then will board a Panther flag ship.. and get a royal.. its weird.

I got about 5 in my galleon once, got over 700 gold for it, now all my friends come to my ship, it make it so much easier to take on Lv 35 with friends than by myself.

I've gotten 2 at a time from larger ships; one run on my War Galleon I had 5/9 were Royals. Got about 600 from that trip.

I'm saving for a war Galleon...need more cargo space.

I got 11 on my War Gal once.

I filled a war galleon with 13 royals and the rest just cargo in one run ^^

Ok, i gotta know the gold amount after that one.

I had 9 total once. 4 off of a Centurion Flagship once too.

8 on my War Frigate. I was stupid and didn't fill the last 2 spots. So, 8 of 10 spots were Royals. The other two were a Treasure and a Crate.

I don't blame you. Once I get 4 Royals I start sailing real careful, and if I start taking serious damage I pull into port early.

With one of my guild member's ships we've gotten 10 total, 2 ships gave us 4 each. Sadly, 3 Phantoms came behind us and lightin' us to the ground!

I don't remember the exact number but it was around 2,000 (give or take some gold)

Mine was 1300.

Biggest haul I've been a part of (not my ship) was 1100. Think that was 6 royals and the rest was cheap crates.

8 royals on war galleon for my guild when i was on. rest were 5 chests and 3 crates. but my best ship i ever sunk soloing gave me 3 royals and the best part is it was an Eitc Sentiel Flagship.:stshocked::stlaugh::stshocked: for those who don't know that is a light galleon and sorry, dont have pics.

Wow you guys make lots of $ lol. Most I got was 8 royals in my War Gal... I think I made over 1300 that time, can't remember, I know I've made over 1300 twice already including the captain bonus. I usually get 1 Royal+1 Treasure+1 Crate off of Black Harbingers. Colosseus usually is 2 Royals+1 Crate. My best ship so far was haha today actually, I sunk a MoW & got 3 Royals out of it! LOL all I needed was a navy ship so I docked right after, turns out all 3 Royals were all emeralds =( no diamonds or rubies oh well.

Got 9 or 10 one time on a war galleon sinking colossus flags. Around 1400-1500 gold at port. :)

I haul in over 1500 but not because of Royals but Treasure chests full of GOLD!!! Got 150g vs 90g for Royals!

My record so far is 10 Royals 4 Treasure and 2 Crates on My War Galleon but I doubt I'll ever see another day like that again.I believe the pay was close to 1600.I didn't get any diamonds out of the royals which would of been the icing on the cake.I sunk 2 ships that both paid 3 royals a piece.A couple predators and corsairs that paid 1 royal a piece as well.Now I'm lucky to break over 7 royals.

ive gotten like 5 when I was crewed up.. oh well it was a good haul either way.

I think it was random though because I got two from two easy Phantoms.
But I guess treasure sense has something to do with it too.

The most I have ever plundered was ten.. surprisingly.. lol we're like OMG. We were just sinking the flag colossus over and over again.

The most i've gotten was 8 when i went after the Colossus over and over, i get the most from that, i got 4 royals for boarding it just one time. ^.^

Mine is 8. With captain's bonus I made 1100. I'm saving for a war fleet, plus it's just fun to take some of my lower level guildmembers out and load up their coffers.

Most I've ever gotten in one hit was three, on a flag Colossus.

my highest was 6 royals (one was diamonds) 3 treasure and the rest cargo. All off of Cutthroat one other crew member and the haul was 1200. That's the best I've ever had (that I got to keep) I once had 8 royals and was a victim of the ghost flag regenerating right next to me. I wish I had half the gold lost on those types of scenarios!

Anyway, I do think the game has been changed. Now I will go for ONLY Juggers, Colossus, etc and get nothing but cargo crates. Occasionally, on the Baracudas or other war sloops I'll get one. And I have gotten them off of corvettes a couple of times.

UPDATE: 9 on a single run i got 5 from just one colossus and 4 more sinking ships

Two people - ten royals, total 1612 from one landing. Can get that much in three cheat hands of blackjack in under five minutes...so even though it is fun, is definitely the slow way to get gold.

I think the most i have gotten on a single run was like, 9.

to bring in the booty. Sailing with our crew almost full yesterday Savs and the rest of us really scored big and then I managed to win $790 in poker without cheating which is pretty good for me seeing as how I'm a true noob to the hold em's.

I got over 600 from 5 crates last night... must have been some treasure chests in those crates!!!!

This wasn't too shabby with only 5 ships.

I once got a total of 8 Royals on my old War Galleon, 3 of which were from one Navy Colossus (Flagship)!

Looking for Behemoth (and not finding it) the other day, hit this. 12 Royals - 1777 gold. I'm sure the captain got over 2k.

War Frigate: 12 all diamonds, I have done this 2 times both without a crew.
but in War Frigate total amount of time I have gotten all royals is about 7 times now.

War Galleon: 16, only 10 were diamonds.

Best I've ever pulled in was 9 royals. My newbies thought it was the collest thing they'd ever seen. :piratear:

I close down most of my other programs cause other programs take up processing power. This game take much more processing power than it should really need. But they yet to fix the memory leaks. I lagg like crazy most of the time, not really trying to defend myself.

I just don't really take any screen shot of the game, don't really have a reason to take any.

9 is my max but someday i am determined to gety 16 royal chests on my war galleon!

Pressing F9 does not activate any other program on your computer. Making ridiculous, impossible, outrageous claims, does in fact mean you should have something, somewhere, somehow to back it up.

Not by default anyway :) If the only major thing running is POTCO then F9 should be fine and you get the shots :)

Now - if I'm doing Video Recordings while playing POTCO - then F9 is a hassle for me cause it resets the recordings... so I cant take pics while I record the game videos :)

12 Royals!!!!!!!

my take was over 1800 gold!!! only a few were emeralds, some rubies and one or two diamonds i think, something like that; I got a screenie around here somewhere, hmmm....


oh yea, this was during my treasure sense "test" and i would have to say it makes a difference, that haul was with maxed treasure sense!!!! best haul before that was nine i believe way back when the warlord was near the anvil.....

11 Royals in one haul with my War Galleon that was last summer. Seems that the plunder settings are messed up now with even the high level ships such as Death Omens, Behemoths, and Juggernaughts giving out crates more often than Royals.

Don't have a screen but I've gotten 4k from boarding Cols. Got the same amount as redfoote only the royals were mostly diamonds. I've yet to get that much again.

I find it pretty hard to believe the story of a full load of royals and all of em being diamonds. At most when I've had large loads of royals say 8 or 9 royals in a cargo the most I've ever seen in a haul was 3 diamonds.

Didn't say all of em were royals and all were diamonds. It happened waaay before the SvS islands came out. I'm sorry if you find it hard to believe but thats the truth. Believe what you want.

where he claims a haul of 12 royals all diamonds with a war frigate and claims to have done it twice I just don't buy the story.
Or the one about 16 royals in a War Galleon with 10 of em being Diamonds.

That was from soloing the MoW flag (with four points in treasure sense). Of course, the next time I tried I only got a few royals out of the whole deal... I love how consistently TS works. :smiley21:

I'm right in line with Captain Grizz,
9 was my largest once,... 7 many a time,.. 3-6 countless.

Outrageous claims are still deemed as jokes, without screenshots. So, good joke!

In CamStudio, the options you set (I think you even recommended this in your tutorial) change the start/pause to ALT-F9 so that F9 still works in-game.

Unless, of course, you are running OSX, in which case f9 (well, fn+f9) only works when POTCO is full screen. If POTCO isn't running full screen (which it never is for me) then command+shift+3 is probably your best option.

Lol, just gotta rep the Mac-ers out there. :)

I'd laugh but i do believe I've beaten that, or at least matched it. The good news is that it was mostly grog.
