Taking no damage
 

The other day a few guildies and I were leveling our weapons on the somewhat secret beach at Padres. I had tp'd to one of my mates, when I got there he said he couldn't see me but he could see the damage I was doing. He tried to tp to me and it said i was still in jail. Furthermore I wasn't taking ANY damage whatsoever. I rode with this glitch for about an hour and leveled some of my weapons quickly fighting undead Raiders and such. I decided to get greedy and try my hand at some stumps so I left for Tormentia, when I got there everything was restored to normal :( I was hoping to milk the glitch for a while longer.

Has this happened to any other pirates?

interesting glitch man if we could do this it would make lvling so much easier however it looks like a one time thing

This happened to me once at Outcast when I ported from a plundering run. I instantly went invisible, did not take any damage from any attacks, yet I will still able to kill and get rep. Wish that would happen more often. But yesterday when I was at Tormenta, someone there was invisible, maybe I should have asked how they did it. lol

I could see myself, but was invisible to all my mates. They stayed a bit back and were using their guns while an undead would appear to them as fighting a REAL ghost. haha

This happened to me in Padres and I decided to go to the beach. And, I leveled my staff from 17 - 20. Woo hoo!

I think this only happens when I teleport to a certain person and I'm going into a laggy ocean, but doesn't happen all the time.

I know a bit of that one. Before they fixed the "swim anywhere" glitch I'd be able to swim anywhere from Del Feugos secret beach and my friend couldn't teleport to me, he also couldn't see me when I returned to the beach, but at this time I was about level 9 so I couldn't really do anything with the brigans and co on the beach, so I never saw if I couldn't take damage.

You guys stumbled on the glitch by accident. It works 100% of the time if you know why that happened to you. PM if your interested, You need to be pretty convincing though. :psmiley27:

Dont forget, you end up "in jail" to your friends when they try to port to u. Perfect for traiing since you dont have distractions :)

i hit that glitch yesterday and was all by myself since the one i came with left. i was leveling the 3 raiders that reapear at the front then peopel came in and another friend came. well this one guy wouldnt leave the guys i was taking out alone, he said he hated cheaters adn didnt care that he was stealing my rep and guys. then said i could rott in hell for all he cares, i had my friend talking for me since he couldnt see my local chat. anyone know the tormenta one. i know how to get into the rock but not invisible/invincible one. i got bored with kingshead and cutthroat. anyone help me out?

Ah, when I get leechers, I love pullin out my siege charge nades. 3-4 of them and boom, enemy gone. I had a group of guys come on and cry when they could only get a max of 10 reps. I told them to switch servers, but nooooooooo.

yeah we asked really nicely for him to change servers and nope he wouldnt, he said we could change and told him that i was here first but they still wouldnt leave. i wish grenades would sometimes hurt other players

I had the same thing happen yesterday, I too, was greedy and tried to sail to Padres for the soldiers, so I quickly ran into the place where all the soldiers are training, (all level 18, I'm level 23.) I think, hey I'm gonna get a bit of rep for this, then they all attack at once and I'm almost dead. I ran for the teleport out of the fort and just barely survivded. Oh well, I got a a level and a half up on sword. :mickeypiratezd4:

I cant do it on demand - but I have had it happen a few times :)

The one issue is when no one can see you - if others show up and they are cool, legit players just there to do some leveling up themselves - they can't see you either LOL So if you are trying to go solo and they start hitting your targets - its legit cause you are 'invisible to them'.

Its fun for a few minutes (we had some fun one night for a while 'spooking' other Guild Mates LOL), then I usually get out :)

yeah but if you see ''noone'' fighting and the badguys health is going down and you know about the glitches its diff. i love being in kingshead and using it then going to a lower level finding a single player and healing them, then watching them do 360s trying to figure out who did it. haha its pretty funny

I actually have video of this...Trying to upload it to YouTube.com now. This has happened to me a couple of times. Once on the back of Padres and once on Rumrunners. It's probably the most beneficial glitch ever. Moreso than the undead skeleton and the ability to have no grogginess and full ammo all the time.

Does anybody here know how to do this glitch? I know how and can e-mail it to you if you don't know how to do it... I also know the "Control Enemy Ships and Cannons" glitch.

BTW, if you walk off your ship and man a enemy cannon, whoever u shoot will attack the ship you were on!

that padres beach one is really easy once someone told me how to do it. it helped me level up my grenades really quick (especially since i did the undead thing just so i wouldn't run out of grenades). it pays to be undead only because if you go into one of the shops on padres beach, you lose the glitch.

i did like spooking some of the people that came there. especially if they didn't know there was a glitch!

I think the fear factor is gone now since so many people know how to do the Skelly glitch. Takes the fun out of it for me now :( LOL.

i don't think it's cheating. I'm freakin' bored .. waiting for Disney to add more quests.
The glitches add a little more fun for those of us at lvl 40 who only have grenades to lvl.
And here's how ya do it! At padres beach, after you get there, all you have to do is tp to another person already there. very simple

Not really that simple, you have to be at a certain point. I prefer a better location TBD :)

That happen to me on the beach on padres but only once and it was after i died in Kings on that glitch

Everytime I row out to my guildmaster's ship, the whole crew is invisible AND I can't get on canons. I have to TP off and then back on.

Some of my guild members tried the invisibility glitch today. Wouldn't work.

Good to hear, it sounds like they are fixing most of the exploits. With the pvp/skele fixed, as well as the multi casting. And now the invis?

Still a few more to go, but it's good to see they are working on some of the more common exploits.

Control Enemy Ships and Cannon Glitch

How is multi casting a glitch, it gives us more skilled players the ability kill noobs faster. And if you guys can't press 2 buttons at one time, then it's not our problem.

Because - you and I both know that isn't how the game was meant to work :) You found the method and use it to advantage - which I'm fine with (I personally don't care either way about glitches and those who find them or use them)

You REALLY are upset about that HP increase aren't you? :) Maybe I should get into PvP - you've actually peaked my interest in it now...

I have this glitch always happen to my low lvl friend. He is always joining me and killing granadiers on padres the so called secret island. He Tps to me after he gets killed by a grenadier. that might be it or it might just be the tping to me.

Its the TPing to you actually. As for the multicasting, it no longer works anymore :(

If it's the glitch that you have to go to jail, then that can be done with the boarding glitch. However you have to die on the ship during a board, have teammates live, and get out of jail quickly (can't remember if it has to be a different server requiring a log in/log out though). 1 detail to this glitch I'll leave out though (or maybe I lied about 1 :-) ).

That glitch wakes you up in jail with the groggy meter coming off and on, and your health stays full and so does magic. Usually nobody can see you because you are on a different server (sorry, can't remember if that is a requirement to the glitch). If you can't see someone, glitch or not, they are on a different server (probably one named "Quiet").

The boarding glitch's are just too numerous.

1. Wind up invincible on land (I think you are stuck at Port of Call with this version of it though).

2. Use the cannon glitch (War Galleon or whatever you prefer) and get atleast 6000 gold per board. The weapon you start it with, ranks up uncontrollably. As in you can't stop it from doing so unless you log off. (No I never got it to work with the sword, I only have hit a enemy captain with the sword about 12 times out of a hundreds of attempts! If you know how to do this everytime, msg me).

3. What I call Ghost Sailing the ship where no other ship fires at you. If you every see a ship just sitting there still with holes all over the sails of it, but is willing to fire at you, then a glitcher has sailed by at some point in time. You can make other Ghost Sailors walk the plank (left swimming) if you hijack them using cannon & boarding glitch in a certain way.

4. Steal other enemies/players ships (although i think they found a way finally to do it without boarding). This is useless compared to the Cannon glitch though, although if i remember you can do something else with the map boundaries with enemy ships.

5. Last but not least a totally useless glitch....image flashing. Press CTRL and a random image appears on part of the screen or the whole screen. (Think you have to actually strike a captain of a enemy ship with the sword to enable this if i remember, and that isn't as easy as it sounds to do).

If they don't fix this particular aspect of the game (Boarding), then these glitches will just make the game way too frustrating while sailing or on land, because if everyone knew them, it would be too hard to kill a enemy of your own.

I played this game for a couple months on my sons account and using a dummy account every night trying to figure out all the Boarding glitches. I'm _SURE_ there is more, i just gave up on trying to learn more.

There is also more intricate ways to hack on this game, but those require debugging and disassembling certain things. All and all, this game is WIDE open to exploits both by finger hacking and reversal. Like i've stated before, Disney hired some true blue, dough nut eating, software contractors for this one (They for sure didn't have MMO experience).

I got my own account now, and really don't know anything about the game! I being older than most playing this game, just wanted to see how to crash the game, make it bug out, or find exploits for a couple months. Now that I'm actually playing the game the way it is supposed to be played, I'm love it!

And no I don't use the glitches I have found. I already learned how to chart and kill any ship sailing without getting hit (just let them keep trying to catch up with you :-), and if i want to take on enemies hand to hand, i don't have to be invincible because I can use my sons account to heal me over and over (and he gets XP and/or gold and/or quest completions too!). But YES, i _DID_ use all these glitches and a few others on his account to help him out!

Anyhow, try what I said if you want this particular glitch in the finger hacking Boarding way. Just board a ship and die on it with someone left staying alive on it....I really can't remember exactly, but i could recreate it if needed. You'll probably start to dislike it though just like me, because you are always stuck at port of call and no one can teleport to you :-( (Better be at Padres or Kingshead if you want to take serious advantage of this exploit). MSG me if you can't figure it out, I'll help you. I wouldn't of done this a month ago, but now that the AI has changed in a way that now enemies will attack anyone attacking them (not just one target), this glitch is a very cautious one. Someone might (eventually will) report you if they die while you are glitching since you can't die but they can. It's just not a very fair or friendly glitch anymore...but I'm sure it still works (Boarding glitches have never been fixed, only new ones pop up!).

P.S. Almost forgot, you don't have to be any certain place for the invincible boarding glitch to work (you are just bound to port of call)! The teleporting way doesn't have to be in a certain place either, it just have to have the right room (or cordinates) on the map for something _NOT_ to work which should be working, but since the game is a bunch of spaghetti code wraped into a commercial game (but very fun game)...doesn't.

P.S.S. This might sound odd, but how do you turn into a skelton? See I'm old (much older) than most people/kids playing this game, so I don't keep or have any friends on my list besides my family memebers. I never play with other people, and I've never got to the desperation to try to exploit anything PVP (if this is where the exploit is, then it is why i missed it).

Well, a tidbit of info the skelly glitch no longer works. They have fixed that due to numerous bug reports. As for the ship invincibility, I know it works. My light dingy was invincible and I brought it to port completely on fire with no sails. It was hilarious!

HAHA ... you would think with all those beaches that us ladies could get in a little bit of sun bathing here and there.

I wanna figure out how to do that invisible glitch...I'd love to get to level 30. I'm level 24
