Presents for Christmas!!!
 

Everyone is running around tryin to find that certain present for that special person and family member. This made me think of a simple game similar to the Ban Game and Avatar Game. If you were to buy a present for the pirate above you...what would it be?? Try to keep it piratey and fun, please. In the spirit of the season, what gift would you purchase for example:

Lizzy----> typing lessons becuz she out ranks everyone in typos

Hope you all join in and have some fun with this! Since I started this thread I be the first pirate to get a present from the next one that posts :dancetl6:

Well I would give Lizzy some FREE rum........only time ye be getting it from me!

I would buy sven another puter...one that he could use in his sleep

I would buy Lizzy a pocket pirate.....someone to help out her guildmates so she can have more time with the rum!

Sven is like Santa's little helper...lol I would buy Sven a big SOS sign to wear over his head so's he can advertise that he is always there for aid!

What is a pocket pirate? I've seen this referenced a number of times, and im guessing if I dont know what it is, others do not either.

I would give Sven a Ban for christmas, so he can spend time with family ;)

i would give Dr. Zep an editing tool that makes it easier to edit all of our posts!!

For Zep's information: Pocket Pirate is a miniature pirate like a hobbit. They were the invention of Wolfman...many peeps in BBK have created said pirates...very tiny and short. We then have Pocket pirate events for the little ones. Most are very low level...but they are a blast. The cannons are taller than the PP's. They are especially great for a Hide and Seek game...The idea has been spreading to other guilds too...Members of other guilds are creating their own PP's. The tiny pirates create a genuine atmosphere of fun...But I have to admit sumtimes regular pirates do pick on them...poor little ones!

I remember you saying you had a good laugh that day when you saw it...old Hook-Eyed is the great grandpappy of Basil BilgeFoote...the very first so named Pocket Pirate...

Of course many who play POTCO have used small pirates...but the phrase Pocket Pirate was coined by me the one day we had ported at Cuba after Bart had us on a Guild Cruise...this was around when the new clothes quests were still relatively new...I saw a mini Barbossa on the beach and laughed and said "Look! A mini Barbossa! He's small enough to fit in my pocket!"

And from there on the legend og the Pocket Pirate was born...for those that are bored or tired of the same old same old...make yourselves a P.P. because although small in stature, they make up for it with great laughs and fun all around...all you have to do is make the tiniest pirate you can...and then you will have your very own Pocket Pirate...


Now...getting back to the game....I give first a present to TSC since Lizzy must've forgotten to while doing a great explanation of a Pocket Pirate...TSC's present is a brand new shiny AVATAR...something we all will know what it is when we see it...hehe

And to Lizzy I give firewood for the log cabin I previously gave her which will continue to help keep her from freezing...
