What main thing should the POTCO staff work on?
 

Title says it all.

Of all those things, I would say fix lag...though lag may be due to the way the game interacts with each persons computer.

Reduce the lag. If they add content (which is my second choice) first, then the lag would be 100 times worse. Thus, many players wouldn't be able to enjoy the new content like they should.
Even players with a high end video card experience major lag from what I've seen, and in that case, Disney can most definately reduce the lag ten-fold.

They need to stop adding fluff, and extend notoriety, giving maxed pirates somewhere to go/do.

I pick none of the above as well.

Debugging and fixing lag should be on going processes. A new story chapter is over due. Thats what it will take to keep me as a paying customer after my lvl 40 pirate is fully maxxed.

arrr, lag be me worst enemy, But like Savs said, lag would be takin' over if new content was added. so yes, down with lag. but what zep says makes sense too, higher Not. would help alot of players out there, even if they do have a little or a lot O' lag. ugh, I gotta pick a side here lol........ but I think that would count as content, as for the higher Not.

Notoriety increase means a long awaited something to do.

When notoriety is finally increased, it will require means of increasing it in itself = quests, new weapons skill or increase in skill levels etc.

Lag always a condition, but really a lot I believe is player created.
Test server I see really no lag. Quiet servers really see little as well. I did see extremely heavy lag on the first server.

What two things different there, crowded, and several glitches almost always in effect.

Neither are something I can have something to deal with, except to move away from it. As long as glitches and such have the over populated want over lag, that will remain. As for me, why should I even attempt to report it or anything to receive more downgrades to my characters as a pretend fix. Upgrade my characters and I will report the problems, downgrade and I won't, simple as that.

Disney has created this problem all by themselves with lag.

If lag requires a fix requiring the elimination of wall glitching, undead glitch, flying, what will be all the comments then? While everyone sits around with nothing to do, they work and find more. I found like 5 or so in a day, because what else is there to do?

So all in all I see it as find more glitches, probably more lag.
Or working on a new skill or notoriety?

How and even if any of this is or isn't some of the problem, there is no doubt at all what will be happening as it remains in this limbo. If it remains everyone the same level , the same skills, it will be finding the edge to be better in other aspects. If notoriety is increased this will be the focus.

On going fixes to lag and bugs will always be a situation that will have to be dealt with, I would like to see players working on skills and notoriety, rather than glitches and cheats as a main focus.

I put content There arent many bugs that need fixin ASAP. I dont care for the events i would prefer content.

Not all lag is Disney's fault. Some lag is due to your isp, and other is due to your own computer. I have tried a few experiments, running 2 computers with 2 different accounts at the same time. My more powerful computer using wireless, high end video, more ram, etc. versus my older server, with lower end video and directly wired into my router. The older computer was faster!!!

My isp can supply me with a pretty darn fast connection, but my wireless router can only provide 56 MBPS. This can really make a difference.

But,, I am not saying that Disney is totally blame free, either!

I thought notoriety counted as content considering it's adding in new things.

Thats how disney thinks... that adding any content (a very broad definition) will suffice instead of what we actually need. The game does need content, but none of the things youve mentioned as additional content are what it REALLY needs, hence that option is not at all what Potco should work on IMO.

Ship customization would be nice, keep us all satisfied all of 15 minutes.. then what?

"What main thing should the POTCO staff work on?" This implicates one thing that needs work, not a category of things that are non-specific which includes a number of things that do not apply.

By saying we want content, we keep getting silly Clothing and weapons quests, which is NOT what the game needs. If we lump it all together in that fashion, then we might as well all just say "All of the above" because we are not focusing on the things we think they need to actually focus thier time on.

Why no option for none of the above? Noone should think thier ideals are what everyone else has in mind.

I was so excited yesterday. I found a clothing quest that I had overlooked on PR. My lv40, fully mastered pirate actually has something to do besides SvS, and hang out! It really brought home the lack of things to do once you hit lv40.

I would say content. Lag can not be completely resolved so thats why i picked content.
