Tortuga Hold-em?
 

So.. I'm doing Nill Offrill's part of The Black Pearl questline. I finished the Blackjack part (yay me!) with little issues (..other then the part about them having the most incredible luck ever..) so now I have to play Poker. Where is it? I am in Tortuga. I looked in the Tavern. There is no table for playing any card games. I looked in my Spyglass window, but there is no Poker there either.. only Blackjack. Where is it?

Poker is in Port Royal, in the town where the rum is. Their sign of the building has a container of rum on it. its kind of the center of the building. It has a big wide door not a small door like most. I'm 90% sure there is no poker in Tortuga i wish though lol.

Ah..Poker runs, how I hate those quests.

Aye, ye will have to sail from Tortuga back to Royal...and bounce back and forth to finish that quest line. A few quests involve winning at poker.

Tortuga Hold-em is in Port Royal? LOL. That is weird. I went there to play Blackjack. There's poker there too? ._. Well, thanks!!

if your map works, you can click on ports to teleport to that island without sailing (as long as not in water, or dungeon)

there are two bars in port royal, i think the blackjack is on the right side of town, poker on left (if standing on docks looking at town)

That map only lets me to to port royal not tortuga lol so its only good for going to royal lol

I went into this Blacksmiths shop in Port Royal, like the one Will is in, only to find a bunch of tables in the pit! Poker and Blackjack are there. And I was on the Poker part. ;)

There is blackjack in the same tavern that Nill Offrill is in. I just discovered that today.

Yeah it is, in the King's Arm tavern.

I think you can use the spyglass (bottom item) to search for a game too. While it only says Blackjack, I joined and they were playing the other games too.

I see. I didn't try that as I hate Blackjack and the NPC's incredible luck.

Texas holdem is played in left hand bar in town on port royal, its on the end row where streets split in to a fork. The one in right hand side of town only has black jack.

Havent found holdem-em anywhere else yet.
