No Credit After Winning Boss Battle?
 

I have won the boss battle twice and I have just about finished the story- 99%- and after I won it said so and it told me to go see Jack Sparrow. Problem is, it's not showing up in my journal so it's like I haven't done it at all! Plus I don't even see Jack Sparrow at the tavern. What's up with that? What am I doing wrong? This is getting frustrating! :piratear:

If its not showing up in the Journal at all - you'll need D Support to try and put it back in there I believe (or they did for me when I couldn't dig up the arm in the chest - but that was some time ago and the Jack Glitch is a more recent item)

You're not doing anything wrong Tobi. This bug has been around for awhile, and all the complaining and reporting hasn't seemed to fix it. Call/Live Chat/email disney. Or re-do the BB. I think it took a friend four times for it to show up as completed and actually get to see Jack.

I would also make sure you are launching the BB from your journal and not from the map in the look out menu. Good luck.

yup, I made sure I started my own crew and I launched the BB from the Journal and that solved the problem! Make sure you do that so you will finish your Black Pearl Quest!! :) thanks you guys

Hey it happened to my second toon as well. But I went to the Faithful Bride anyway just to be curious, reported in, and I got credit for doing BB. For some reason the journal and the light weren't working that night or on my toon, whichever, but eventually everything kicked in once I went to the tavern. But I do have to say it wasn't her BB but someone else's! That is the second time that my toons have yet to sail BB but just participated in it and still counted as being their BB's. So on my third and fourth toons? They are not participating in any BB's when it is their time to do it! I want to be able to sail at least one BB!
