i just started making a account today but every time it says connect and disapeared it says pirates of the caribbean has encountered and problem.send or dont send

i even tried uninstalling an reinstalling
can someone tell me whats wrong
and im using windows xp

Click graphic options on the main login screen and try changing from open gl to direct x 8 or 9.

i tried changing the graphicsics it still keep saying pirates of the caribbean encounter a problem
