Sing a Pirate Song - Send Them In!

"Heave Ho, All Together!"

Onboard a Pirate ship the days can be long. To keep sailors from tiring of the same old routines, a captain or "shantyman" would often lead a crew in a "call and response" song or sea shanty. These songs helped coordinate work on deck and keep crews entertained during long voyages.

In honor of the upcoming St. Patrick's Day, we're looking for sea shanties you may have sung with your hearties! Send us your sea shanty -- we'll sing some of the best ones in the upcoming Tavern Takeovers and who knows, yours could become a hit all over the Caribbean!

Have a few more.. how many do ye think we can submit? I didn't think the other songs would fit in the Grog Blog limits.....

Added 3 more today.. it's amazing the things we come up with when we are bored lol.. I still think Rackat's is the best though... =)
