when i switch my pirate then all my players friends is all missing....

Are you saying when you switch to a second character your friends list is blank? If that is correct it is because the game is designed that way. Unless your friends are registered on the Disney site and you add them as a friend to show up in the Pirates list as well as the friends list they will not cross over across characters.
