Tattoo?
 

I'm a basic member, taking advantage of the unlimited access weekend, so I decided to buy some tattoos. However, after I bought them, they didn't show up on her arms, like they were supposed too. When I go back to the store, it shows that she has them. Anyone know what's going on?

You have to go back to the tattoo artist, click on your inventory, and then chose to wear it.

Actually, now that I've finally noticed, the tattoos still don't work. I've bought them, applied them, but when I look at her, they definitely aren't there. But then I go to the store again, and when the front view appears, it shows that she's wearing them. Exit the store, and they disappear
Also, what i found strange was that when I go to the store, the shirt she's wearing changes to another. The vest disappears as well. Does it do this for everyone, just so you can see the tattoos better?

Just a quick tip regarding tattoos...need to have medium resolution set up, or at least medium character detail setup in game options to properly see tattoos, piercings..etc. Hope that helps...
