Two Questions
 

Firstly, what level do you have to be to get the Barbossa's clothing quest?

and in which tailoring shop do you find black pants? I have black pants (not skinny!) on my other pirate but I'm not sure where I got them. I believe it is those type where the stipe goes down the side of it. I've checked EVERYWHERE...every tailoring shop. Are you even allowed to use black anymore? The reason I want them is because when I get barbossa's suit, I don't like skinny pants to go with my outfits.
