Crashing Glitch

I was knocked out in Tormenta, as was my friend, so we both waited and hopped the rest of our crew would save us. In the end, they didn't make it. Me, being the 1st to get knocked out, went to jail. Except that I was crashed. My friend told me my guy stood up and took out his weapons and then got hit again by the enemy even though I was already knocked out which killed me again. I didn't see any of this because my screen was already stuck eternally loading because it was trying to load jail twice at the same time. This used to happen if you pvped glitched and got killed in jail but now enemies can do it too! Please fix this D.

Want to know why you're crashing in the new caves? Here's what Disney told ME:
Ahoy Fellow Pirate,

Thank you for your recent bug report to Pirates of the Caribbean Online. We are sorry you are crashing out while in the new caves.

The issue you reported may be due to an incompatibility between the graphics API you are currently using, and your video card driver. Enabling Pirates Online to use DirectX 9 may resolve the problem.

To specify Pirates Online to use another API, you will need to change the Graphic Options from the Launcher window.

Bring up the Launcher Window:
1) Go to Start | Programs | Disney Pirates of the Caribbean Online | Pirates of the Caribbean Online.
2) In the Launcher Window, select the Graphic Options button.
3) Select DirectX 9 and press Continue.
4) Sign in and press Play.

This change in settings will instruct Pirates Online to use the selected graphics API (this is your computer’s graphics library).

If you still have issues playing the game, please try using DirectX 8.

Thanks again for your email and we look forward to seeing you soon in Pirates of the Caribbean Online.

May you have fair winds!

So ye see, it's an incompatibility between the graphics API I am currently using, and my video card driver. You know. Like ALWAYS.
