Extended docks?
 

Ok, I have noticed that on Tortuga and PDF that there are extended docks. Anybody have any idea what this about? It's shaped like a ship docking station like in BPBB so maybe EITC invasions? You guys got any clue?

I noticed this a couple of weeks ago when the update first came on Test. Not sure what it means, I guess its just a minor addition to make the docks look somewhat more realistic.

Maybe it is dome sort of Navy/EITC invasion, probably has something to do with the canon flags. On one of the other posts, someone posted an email from Disney stating that the flags were going to be for land canons. Seems like there's a connection there...
