I pre-orderd full access two days ago and they wont give me my subscription! This happend on ToonTown. Which Vr also created. The service people which are probally in some other country not understanding what people really mean. Do not know what the heck they are doing! Today is the last day I,m doing it before I press charges. Anyone else have this happen to them?

Ps: I know the game is in beta but when I contact them nothing happens!

If you didn't have beta access before, are they supposed to give you beta acdess after you pre-order? I didn't think that was part of the offer. You pre-ordered access to the "real" game when it comes out.

Vandelay is right. If you weren't a beta tester but you pre-ordered, that doesn't mean you can become a beta tester. I know I always say not to give negative reputation, but when you mentioned press charges, that did it for me.

Then what do you mean when you say "they won't give me my subscription"? If you already have beta access, what is it you're wanting from them?

No i spend 5 bucks on full access but even for three days they did nothing!

did you get verification in an email from them that the pre-order had gone through? I ordered as well - got an email and they told me nothing would be charged against my account until the game officially opened - did you get any of this? If not, maybe it didn't go through and you need to try again

The order doesn't start until the game goes live. They won't charge you until then, it even says that in the image you posted.

The image that you posted says that you successfully pre-ordered. So relax, you're fine. Apparently you don't understand what "pre-order" means? It means that you get nothing now, but you'll get access to the game as soon as it opens (maybe in a month).

It's "random", if you are going to beta test you actrually have to read the information they give you with updates. They will be randomly switching players between full and limited access and would like our comments.

everyone is wrong but austen. i looked on the update section and it said that all who where beta testers and had pre-ordered would already get full access. it is the same for me. i pre-ordered and don't have unlimited access. it may just take time for it to process...mabey. i have already sent it as a bug report and i am still waiting.

Um no not everyone is wrong. In his original post, he was asking about his payment for his subscription and pressing charges because they didn't give him his subscription. The pre-order payments doesn't start until the game goes live sometime in the near future.

If he's talking about just getting full access as a beta player because he has prepaid, then he should send in a bug report to let them know that the bug hasn't been totally fixed. Nothing there to that he can sue over.

Im in the same boat, I got beta saturday, pre-ordered sunday, called billing deparment Monday told me to issue bug report did and still wainting.

Ok there must be a miss communitcation. Technicaly everyone is wrong even me and the people at VR studios. Yes I know there is still a bug, that is not my problem. My problem is they do not knkow how to handle anything. They tell me to give them my log files to see when I logged in. That doesnt have anything to do with it. The second time they tell me to call the service. They were wrong about the time. They now tell me I need to send this report to a contact us and not a (bug) report. Well when I got it this is what they send me.
